Einziger Unterschied? Die Creme ist nicht so papps\u00fc\u00df, dass einem schlecht wird. Es musste einfach mal wieder sein. Ich habe schon letztes Jahr diesen Carrot-Cake zu Ostern gebacken, jetzt hatte ich wieder Lust bekommen ihn erneut zu machen. Zu schnell war er letztes Mal in den M\u00fcndern diverser G\u00e4ste verschwunden. Gesagt, getan. Aber aufgrund vom Corona-Virus musste ich jedoch eine Weile warten bis ich den Kuchen machen konnte, Mehl war rar geworden. Aber irgendwann hatte unser Rewe wieder Mehl im Angebot und dann gab es kein Halten mehr! Alles in Ma\u00dfen, das ist meine Devise. Jetzt, zu Zeiten wo man sich schon wie im Krieg f\u00fchlt, wobei wir einfach nur dazu verdonnert sind zu Hause zu bleiben, habe ich sowieso das Bed\u00fcrfnis Seelenfutter zu essen. Geht es dir auch so? Er schmeckt am zweiten Tag \u00fcbrigens noch besser, wenn er so sch\u00f6n durchgezogen ist. Ich mag auch, dass man zwischendurch ein paar Walnussst\u00fccke findet, das ist so ganz meins, gleichzeitig weich, saftig, etwas Crunch, was will man eigentlich mehr?<\/p>\n<p><a Au\u00dferdem ein Backblech mit Backpapier belegen. Die Waln\u00fcsse aus dem Blech verteilen und f\u00fcr ca. 7-8min r\u00f6sten. Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Die Ofentemperatur auf 180 Grad erh\u00f6hen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr den <b>Kuchen<\/b> das \u00d6l, den Zucker, die Eier, Joghurt und Vanilleextrakt in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel per Schneebesen miteinander verr\u00fchren. Dann die M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und kleinreiben, die Waln\u00fcsse hacken und unter die Masse mischen. Alle weiteren Zutaten dazugeben und alles nur kurz miteinander verr\u00fchren bis die Masse sich vermengt hat. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Den Teig gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf die zwei Tortenb\u00f6den verteilen, wenn man nur eine hat, empfehle ich die zweite H\u00e4lfte vom Teig im K\u00fchlschrank zu k\u00fchlen w\u00e4hrend die erste b\u00e4ckt. Ca. 30-35min backen, abk\u00fchlen lassen, aus der Form l\u00f6sen und auf die H\u00e4lfte schneiden. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">4<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>W\u00e4hrenddessen f\u00fcr die <b>Frischk\u00e4se-Creme<\/b> die Sahne mit dem Zucker und Vanilleextrakt steif schlagen. Ebenso mit dem dritten und vierten Boden verfahren. Man sollte gen\u00fcgend Frischk\u00e4se-Creme haben, um auch etwas an den Seiten verstreichen zu k\u00f6nnen.
