Also gab es einmal ein leckeres Kichererbsencurry, das gleich zwei Tage herhalte musste. Und da ich ja mittlerweile wei\u00df, dass man ganz toll Eischnee mit Kichererbsenwasser aufschlagen kann, gab es dann diese veganen Baisernester. F\u00fcr viele mittlerweile nichts Neues, f\u00fcr mich immer wieder erstaunlich, dass man aus dem glibbrigen Kichererbsenwasser tats\u00e4chlich tollen Baiser aufschlagen kann. Jedes Mal eine gro\u00dfe \u00dcberraschung. Geschmacklich ist kein Unterschied festzustellen. Veganer Schnee braucht seine Zeit bis er aufgeschlagen ist, das will ich nicht verheimlichen. Von daher ist es praktisch, wenn man eine K\u00fcchenmaschine hat, denn zehn Minuten braucht man locker. Falls ihr wie ich frische Kichererbsen selbst gemacht habt, kann es hilfreich sein vorab das Kichererbsenwasser etwas einzukochen, aber es geht auch direkt aus der Dose, dann das Salz weglassen. Dieses dann am besten mit einer K\u00fcchenmaschine auf mittlerer Geschwindigkeit aufschlagen. Es sollte langsam anfangen wie Eischnee wei\u00df zu werden. Wenn es anf\u00e4ngt weiche Spitzen zu formen, den Zucker hinzugeben und auf hoher Stufe zu steifen Schnee schlagen, das kann durchaus mal zehn Minuten dauern. Wenn es gl\u00e4nzt und gut steif ist, Speisest\u00e4rke und Essig kurz mit einem Teigschaber unterheben. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dann in eine Spritzt\u00fclle geben und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech ca. 8-10 ovale Kreise spritzen. Dazu zun\u00e4chst den Boden aufspritzen und dann erst die Au\u00dfenseiten etwas h\u00f6her, d.h. mehrere Lagen \u00fcbereinander spritzen.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">4<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Den Ofen auf 100 Grad heizen und das Baiser ca. 2 Stunden trocknen lassen. Die Nester sollten sich leicht vom Backblech l\u00f6sen, ansonsten einfach noch l\u00e4nger backen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">5<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Dosen mit der Kokoscreme \u00f6ffnen und nur den festen Teil in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, den Rest als Kokoswasser verwenden. Die Kokoscreme zusammen mit Zucker und Vanilleextrakt kurz aufschlagen und auf den Nestern verteilen.
