Wahrscheinlich nicht, denn er hat die Konsistenz von Mousse und kann theoretisch auch eiskalt serviert werden, wenn man keine Gelatine hinzuf\u00fcgen m\u00f6chte. Aber Leute, egal wie man diesen Kuchen auch betitelt, er ist echt ein Gedicht. Wenn du wie ich Kuchen und Torten mit K\u00fcrbis magst, dann bist du hier genau richtig. K\u00fcrbis mit Karamell, das klingt f\u00fcr mich mega. Deshalb gibt es hier einen Keksboden mit Karamellkeksen und eine sch\u00f6ne, cremige F\u00fcllung mit ordentlich K\u00fcrbisgeschmack. Ca. 20min sollte man f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung einplanen, wenn man bereits K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree vorr\u00e4tig hat und dann geht es los, den Rest \u00fcbernimmt n\u00e4mlich der Zusammen mit den Gew\u00fcrzen vermischen und auf dem Boden und Rand einer hohen 20er Springform (es geht auch eine 24er, der Kuchen wird dann etwas flacher) pressen, das geht besonders gut mit dem Boden von einem Glas.
