Zumindest im Vergleich mit meinem Mann. Ich habe immer das Gef\u00fchl, sobald er seine \u00c4uglein aufmacht, ist er hellwach und energisch. Das nervt. Zumindest, wenn er dann gleich anf\u00e4ngt zu reden. Ich nicke dann nur und schlurfe schlaftrunken ins Bad (er redet derweil munter weiter). Manchmal stehe ich dann im Bad und versuche mich zu erinnern, was ich denn wollte. Mein Gehirn muss erst einmal anspringen. Und deswegen kann ich es gar nicht leiden, wenn ich beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck vorbereiten schon denken muss. R\u00fchrei find ich schon mega anstrengend, das gibt es unter der Woche nie. Einfach mit etwas Milch oder Joghurt anr\u00fchren und fertig. Genau mein Ding. Sowas mag ich. Komischerweise bin ich aber niemand, die das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck ausfallen l\u00e4sst. Weil ich sonst viel zu schnell wieder hungrig bin. Und dann noch mehr der Morgenmuffel bin, wenn ich nicht innerhalb von zwei Stunden nach dem Aufstehen gefr\u00fchst\u00fcckt habe. Deshalb also muss M\u00fcsli her.<\/p>\n<p>Mir ist schon klar, dass gekauftes M\u00fcsli eine Zuckerbombe ist. Gesund ist anders. Und genau deshalb mache ich viel lieber mein eigenes M\u00fcsli. Haferflocken sind die Grundlage bei diesem Rezept. Je nach Wunsch kann dieses Rezept vegan und\/oder glutenfrei zubereitet werden. Es enth\u00e4lt viele N\u00fcsse und kann auch mit anderen Getreidesorten abgewandelt werden. Um es knusprig zu kriegen, enth\u00e4lt es Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup. Aber auch da kann man reduzieren oder den Zucker bei Bedarf komplett weglassen und stattdessen z.B. mit Rosinen und Datteln s\u00fc\u00dfen. Das ist auch der Grund, warum ich dieses Rezept so gerne mag. Weil man es sich nach seinen Vorstellungen abwandeln kann. Und weil es gesund ist, viele Ballaststoffe enth\u00e4lt und einfach zuzubereiten ist.
