{"id":13455,"date":"2022-07-22T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-22T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/?p=13455"},"modified":"2023-04-03T09:21:48","modified_gmt":"2023-04-03T07:21:48","slug":"pandebonos-mit-quittenpaste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2022\/07\/22\/pandebonos-mit-quittenpaste\/","title":{"rendered":"Pandebonos mit Quittenpaste (glutenfrei)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pandebonos sind die kolumbianische Antwort auf die <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2023\/02\/19\/brasilianische-kaseballchen-oder-pao-de-queijo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brasilianischen pao de queijo<\/a>, es sind kleine K\u00e4sebr\u00f6tchen, die ohne Mehl auskommen und entsprechend glutenfrei zubereitet werden. Ich habe <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/07\/26\/pandebonos-colombian-cheese-bread-gluten-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hier schon ein Rezept vorgestellt<\/a>, bei dem man den kolumbianischen K\u00e4se queso campesino mit Mozarella und Feta ersetzt. Bis dato hatte ich f\u00fcr pandebonos eine Mischung aus Mozzarella und Feta hergenommen, aber dann festgestellt, dass Schichtk\u00e4se tats\u00e4chlich nochmal \u00e4hnlicher ist zum Original. Au\u00dferdem habe ich das bestehende Rezept nochmal vereinfacht und den Zucker entfernt, den brauchen wir insbesondere mit einer s\u00fc\u00dfen F\u00fcllung nicht. Und damit gibt es ein super einfaches und insbesondere schnell zubereitetes Rezept f\u00fcr zwischendurch. Pandebonos werden in Kolumbien sehr gerne als Snack serviert, zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, aber auch einfach so.
