Um ihn dann drinnen ganz schnell zu schl\u00fcrfen, ah, das war es dann alles wert, genau die richtige Mischung aus Sahne, Alkohol, Eiern und Gew\u00fcrzen. Bei -3 Grad, gerade als der Schnee fiel, ich finde, eine bessere Stimmung h\u00e4tte ich nicht im Hintergrund haben k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr diesen Eierlik\u00f6r aus USA. Dieser Eggnog wird mit rohen Eiern gemacht und muss mindestens einige Tage im Voraus zubereitet werden, um ganz sicher zu sein, dass keine Salmonellengefahr mehr besteht. Die Eier sollten nat\u00fcrlich frisch sein. Au\u00dferdem intensiviert der Geschmack im Laufe der Zeit. Im Originalrezept wird empfohlen ca. zwei Wochen vorher zu starten, da sind wir genau gelandet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jennyisbaking.com\/wp-1c174-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Eggnog_aus_USA-2.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/jennyisbaking.com\/wp-1c174-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Eggnog_aus_USA-2.jpg?resize=534%2C801&#038;ssl=1\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14160\" alt=\"\" width=\"534\" height=\"801\"><\/a><!--more-->Eggnog ist die amerikanische Antwort auf Eierlik\u00f6r. Aber Achtung, stell dir lieber einen Eierlik\u00f6r-Punsch vor, denn hier spielt auch Sahne eine wichtige Rolle. An diesem Rezept mag ich besonders, dass man nichts pasteurisieren muss, das erledigt hier der Alkohol. Aber man braucht Zeit, ein paar Tage sollte der Eggnog durchziehen k\u00f6nnen, besser schmeckt er dann nach ein paar Wochen. Also jetzt perfekt, um zu Weihnachten ansto\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen. Ich glaube, viel mehr Worte muss ich hier nicht verlieren, Eggnog ist meiner Meinung nach nochmal leckerer als Eierlik\u00f6r.
