Das ist die amerikanische Antwort auf ein schnelles Frucht-Dessert. Stelle dir vor, man schichtet Obst in eine Auflaufform, bestreut das ganze mit Streuseln und dann geht es schon in den Ofen. Das ist Cobbler. Nicht gro\u00df Teig zusammenr\u00fchren, nein, man macht einfach Streusel und packt die auf die Fr\u00fcchte. Quasi erst einmal die Basics, die man dann noch aufh\u00fcbschen kann, wenn man m\u00f6chte. Traditionell wird Cobbler gerne mit Pfirsichen gemacht, ich hatte jedoch gerade Aprikosen zurhand und entschied mich deshalb f\u00fcr diese Variante. Es eignet sich jedoch alles Steinobst als auch Beeren. Dann in eine kleine Auflaufform geben (ich hatte eine Brownieform von 20x20cm) und mit dem Zucker vermischen. Aus Mehl, Butter und Zucker Streusel kneten und \u00fcber die Aprikosen geben, das muss nicht perfekt sein, einfach die Aprikosen bedecken. Ca. 30 Minuten backen, dann kurz herausnehmen und mit groben Zucker bestreuen, die Grillfunktion des Ofens einstellen und nochmal ca. 4 Minuten br\u00e4unen, aber gut aufpassen, dass es nicht zu dunkel wird, deshalb lieber zugucken. Schmeckt warm als auch kalt.
