Normalerweise mag ich einfache Rezepte. Ich will nicht stundenlang in der K\u00fcche stehen. Au\u00dfer, es gibt einen besonderen Grund. Wie zum Beispiel zu Weihnachten und Ostern. Deswegen ist dieser Kuchen mein Osterspezial-Kuchen. Und dass er an Tag zwei und drei sogar noch besser schmeckt. Schon mal Apfel mit Rosmarin gegessen? Ich bis dato noch nicht und kann nur sagen, so gut! Der Rosmarin ist eine tolle Erg\u00e4nzung zum Apfel. Da man die \u00c4pfel vorher mit dem Rosmarin in etwas Butter anbr\u00e4t, ist der Geschmack auch nicht zu penetrant. Als kleiner Tipp: damit sie sich ordentlich eindrehen lassen, vorab in etwas Zuckerwasser kochen, dann geht es ganz leicht. Und damit sie nicht braun werden, die fertigen Apfelrosen mit etwas Aprikosenmarmelade einpinseln und nochmal f\u00fcr zehn Minuten backen. Dann karamelisieren sie noch gut.
