Die hat mal eine Kollegin in der Adventszeit mitgebracht. Als Chocoholic war ich nat\u00fcrlich begeisert und wollte gleich das Rezept haben. Als ich es mir dann so durchlas, wusste ich sofort, das klingt nach Dr. Oetker! Also kramte ich mein altes Dr.Oetker Backbuch aus den 80ern hervor und siehe da, tats\u00e4chlich fand ich das Rezept auch dort. Mittlerweile hat Dr. Oetker es auch online ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Mir schmecken diese m\u00fcrben Schokostangen mit Nougatf\u00fcllung ganz vorz\u00fcglich. Ich habe eher eine gro\u00dfe Spritzt\u00fclle verwendet und tats\u00e4chlich noch einen Schluck Milch zum Teig gegeben. Au\u00dferdem hat man dann am Ende wieder mal <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/09\/24\/what-to-do-with-leftover-egg-whites-and-egg-yolks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eiwei\u00df \u00fcbrig, aber das kann man ja einfrieren<\/a>. Jedes Eigelb einzeln einr\u00fchren, das letzte mit dem Vanilleextrakt zusammen. Dann die restlichen Zutaten vom Mehl bis Kakao dar\u00fcbersieben und die Haseln\u00fcsse hinzugeben. Zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verr\u00fchren. Normalerweise braucht man mindestens 1 EL Milch, ich zwei bis drei EL, damit der Teig spritzbar ist. Bei 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze ca. 10min backen. Eine zweite Stange jeweils obenauf setzen. Die Schokolade mit dem \u00d6l zusammen ebenfalls auf niedriger Hitze schmelzen und die Enden der Stangen in Schokolade tunken.
