Quesillo ist quasi die venezolanische Antwort auf Flan. Urspr\u00fcnglich aus Spanien, erfreut sich Flan in ganz Lateinamerika gro\u00dfer Beliebtheit, ich habe diverse Varianten im Angebot. Den <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/12\/20\/uruguayan-flan-and-merry-christmas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">klassischen Fla<\/a>n, <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2022\/04\/29\/flan-de-pina-oder-ananas-flan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ananas-Flan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2023\/05\/12\/kokos-flan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kokos-Flan<\/a>, der <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2022\/03\/11\/chocoflan-oder-der-unmogliche-kuchen-aus-mexiko\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocoflan<\/a> und die Verwandte von Flan, <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2020\/09\/04\/leche-asada-milchpudding-aus-suedamerika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">leche asada<\/a>, bei der man das Wasserbad wegl\u00e4sst. Es gibt unterschiedliche Rezepturen, was jedoch eigentlich alle gemeinsam haben, ist eine Karamellschicht und die Verwendung von Milch\/Sahne und Eiern und die Zubereitung im Wasserbad. Aber das war es auch schon, einige verwenden nur Milch, andere nur Sahne, einige Eigelb, andere ganze Eier. Was quesillo speziell macht, ist die Verwendung von ges\u00fc\u00dfter Kondensmilch und als Geschmackverst\u00e4rker Rum. Auch scheint es hier eher \u00fcblich einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Quesillo f\u00fcr alle zusammen vorzubereiten als einzelne Dessert-Tellerchen. Das Tolle an diesem Dessert: ca. 10-15min Zubereitung, den Rest \u00fcbernehmen Ofen und K\u00fchlschrank. Quesillo kommt \u00fcbrigens vom spanischen Wort &#8222;queso&#8220;, also K\u00e4se. Hier ver\u00f6ffentlicht die Venezolanerin Ver\u00f3nica Rezepte, die sie gerne isst. Dadurch sind nat\u00fcrlich einige lateinamerikanische Rezepte dabei. Das ist f\u00fcr mich nat\u00fcrlich perfekt, da ich ja auch als einen Schwerpunkt lateinamerikanische Rezepte habe. Viele Rezepte aus Kolumbien sind identisch zu denen in Venezuela, teilweise hei\u00dfen sie anders, aber meinen das Gleiche. Ich glaube durchaus, dass es auch einen Flan in Kolumbien in dieser Form gibt. Zumindest meinte mein Mann (Kolumbianer), dass er gar nicht versteht, was hieran typische venezolanisch sein soll, man w\u00fcrde den genauso in Kolumbien vorfinden. Wie dem auch sei, hiermit mache ich auch wieder bei der Aktion &#8222;<a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/koch-mein-rezept-foodblogs-neu-entdeckt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Koch mein Rezept<\/a>!&#8220; mit, bei der man einen Food-Blog zugeteilt bekommt und dann ein Rezept nachkocht oder -backt und den Blog ein bisschen vorstellt. Bei Ver\u00f3nica war sofort klar, dass es was aus Venezuela sein w\u00fcrde. Ich habe mich fast an ihr Rezept gehalten, einzig die Menge an Kondensmilch und Milch habe ich ganz leicht angepasst, weil ich in Deutschland nur Dosen mit 400g und nicht 450g sehe. Au\u00dferdem mache ich meinen Karamell lieber &#8222;trocken&#8220;, also ohne Zugabe von Wasser. Das war es aber an Modifikationen, viel Spa\u00df beim Nachmachen!<\/p>\n<p><a Derweil einen Topf mit Deckel suchen, in den man den Quesillo einf\u00fcllen m\u00f6chte sowie eine Auflaufform oder \u00e4hnliches, in die man den Topf f\u00fcr das Wasserbad stellen kann. Wasser f\u00fcr das Wasserbad aufkochen und den Ofen auf 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dann in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel ges\u00fc\u00dfte Kondensmilch, Milch (die habe ich einfach in der Dose der Kondensmilch abgemessen), Eier, Vanilleextrakt und Rum, falls dieser verwendet wird, mit dem Schneebesen cremig verquirlen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Den Karamell im Topf verteilen, dabei muss man schnell sein, er erh\u00e4rtet fast augenblicklich. Dar\u00fcber die Eiermasse gie\u00dfen, Deckel aufsetzen. Dann Topf in die Auflaufform stellen, das kochende Wasser in die Auflaufform einf\u00fcllen und alles zusammen in den Ofen auf mittlerer Schiene geben. Ca. 70min backen, die Zahnstocherprobe funktioniert hier genauso wie bei einem Kuchen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">4<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quesillo am besten erst einmal im Ofen noch im Wasserbad stehen lassen, langsam auf Raumtemperatur kommen lassen und dann mindestens einige Stunden oder \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen.
