Ich wei\u00df, in Deutschland wird K\u00fcrbis eigentlich eher in herzhaften Gerichten verwendet, aber ich wollte hier in ganz amerikanischer Manier Cookies mit einem K\u00fcrbisanteil vorstellen. Ich habe schon ein paar Cookies-Rezepte auf dem Blog, die K\u00fcrbis enthalten. Jetzt gesellt sich dieses Rezept hinzu. Diese sind eher weich, haben eine Glasur und m\u00fcssen nicht irgendwie gek\u00fchlt werden oder \u00e4hnliches. Durch die gebr\u00e4unte Butter bekommen sie einen leicht karamelligen Geschmack. Wir haben ein paar dieser Kekse direkt beim K\u00fcrbisverkauf gegessen, das schien mir besonders passend. Ich lasse mich gerne eines anderen belehren, aber ich habe bisher nur eingemachten K\u00fcrbis gefunden. Schreib mir gerne in den Kommentaren, wenn ihr was findet. Bis dahin m\u00fcssen wir wohl K\u00fcrbis selbst einkochen. Ich hatte einen ganz kleinen Hokkaido gekauft und muss sagen, der hatte genau die richtige Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Unsere H\u00fcndin Hazel hat die Reste gen\u00fcsslich verspeist, sie liebt alles mit K\u00fcrbis. Das also als Vorwarnung, f\u00fcr dieses Rezept muss man den K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree vorab zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p><a mittlerer Hitze d\u00fcnsten, dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Wenn der K\u00fcrbis weich ist, einmal p\u00fcrieren und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Ca. 300g P\u00fcree abmessen und mit einem K\u00fcchentuch gut trockentupfen, wir brauchen am Ende ca. 225g. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Butter in einem Topf auf mittlerer Hitze schmelzen, irgendwann f\u00e4ngt sie an zu sch\u00e4umen und wird danach leiser. Wenn sie nach ca. 5-10min anf\u00e4ngt nussig zu riechen und sich kleine braune Flecken am Topfboden absetzen, ist sie fertig. Die restliche grb\u00e4unte Butter mit den Zuckersorten und dem Eigelb, Vanilleextrakt und Zimt in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren. Dann den K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree hinzugeben und nochmal verr\u00fchren. So lange Puderzucker hinzuf\u00fcgen bis man eine fl\u00fcssige Glasur hat.
