Alfajores sind Doppelkekse, die eigentlich immer mit der Karamellcreme namens <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/21\/how-to-make-homemade-dulce-de-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dulce de leche<\/a> gef\u00fcllt sind. Urspr\u00fcnglich aus Andalusien, Spanien, sind diese Kekse insbesondere in Argentinien und Uruguay mittlerweile extrem beliebt. Angeblich sollen im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbesargentina.com\/negocios\/exportaciones-ventas-mas-asi-esta-mercado-alfajor-argentina-n52165\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jahr 2023 pro Tag (!) in Argentinien 10 Millionen verkauft<\/a> worden sein. Das &#8222;Original&#8220; in Argentinien wird eigentlich mit einem ziemlich hohen Anteil an Speisest\u00e4rke zubereitet, wodurch der Teig wunderbar m\u00fcrbe wird, heute stelle ich jedoch die Variante mit Mandeln vor, Mandeln sowohl im Teig als auch au\u00dfen. Dass ich jedoch hier diese Mandelvariante vorstelle, hat damit zu tun, dass ich wieder bei der <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/koch-mein-rezept-foodblogs-neu-entdeckt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aktion &#8222;Koch mein Rezept!&#8220;<\/a> mitmache. Dabei wird einem ein anderer Foodblog zugelost und man darf dann etwas nachbacken. Mir wurde diesmal Zorra vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blog Kochtopf<\/a> zugeteilt. Von Zorra hab ich schon diese <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2024\/01\/12\/lemonies-oder-zitronen-brownies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zitronen-Brownies<\/a> nachgemacht und war auch bei vielen Blogevents von ihr dabei. Erst vor kurzen haben wir zusammen das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-wiesngruesse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blogevent Wiesngr\u00fc\u00dfe<\/a> ausgerichtet, bei dem ich <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2024\/10\/04\/echte-bayrische-brezen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bayerische Bezel<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2024\/09\/19\/klassische-zwetschgenknodel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zwetschgenkn\u00f6del<\/a> vorgestellt habe. Ihren Blog gibt es unglaubliche 20 Jahre schon, sie hat schon nur allein mehr als 500 Brotrezepte auf dem Blog. Aus dieser F\u00fclle an Rezepten bei Zorra genau eins herauszusuchen fiel mir unglaublich schwer, aber dann stolperte ich \u00fcber dieses Rezept mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/alfajores-mandeln-dulce-de-leche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mandel-Alfajores<\/a> und da wusste ich, das wird sofort nachgemacht, denn mein Mann liebt Alfajores und Mandeln, ich war mir sicher, dass ihm diese Kekse munden w\u00fcrden. Und siehe da, genauso war es, ich musste ganz hurtig Fotos machen, der gute Herr verputzte fast komplett die Kekse innerhalb weniger Tage. Ich w\u00e4re aber nicht ich, wenn ich nicht ein bisschen was angepasst h\u00e4tte, mir schien zum Beispiel die Backzeit viel zu lang als auch wollte ich von Anfang an kleinere Kekse haben, 30 Sekunden gut einr\u00fchren. Die fein gemahlenen Mandeln hinzugeben sowie das Mehl. Alles zu einem kr\u00fcmeligen Teig verarbeiten, ggf. einen Schluck Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen. Dann Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn ausrollen und Kreise ausstechen, ich habe ein Whiskyglas mit 4,5 cm Durchmesser hergenommen. Die Kreise ca. 8-9min backen, sie sollten nur einen goldenen Rand haben.
