Bei Schokolade bin ich ja immer vorne mit dabei, nicht umsonst gibt es eine <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/category\/everything-chocolate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schokokategorie<\/a> auf meinem Blog. Man kann sich diesen Kuchen ein bisschen wie einen Brownie vorstellen, aber mit einer etwas anderen Konsistenz, eher wie Kuchen. Da hab ich mir, ganz untypisch f\u00fcr mich, gleich zwei St\u00fccke einverleibt, weil ich ihn so lecker fand. Und sie nat\u00fcrlich nach dem Rezept gefragt. F\u00fcr ihre schwedische &#8222;fika&#8220;, also Kaffee- und Kuchenzeit, scheint dieser Kuchen gerne gegessen zu werden. Grunds\u00e4tzlich haben die Schweden meinem Gef\u00fchl nach viele einfachere Rezepte, die aber dennoch total viel hermachen. Ge\u00fcbte B\u00e4cker haben diesen Kuchen sicher in ca. 20min im Ofen. Milchgemisch ebenfalls kurz einr\u00fchren. Verr\u00fchren, wenn die Masse zu dickfl\u00fcssig ist, noch etwas Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen. Auf dem Kuchen verteilen, im Anschluss die Kokosflocken. Trocknen lassen.
