F\u00fcr diese Version braucht man eine Eismaschine. Belohnt wird man mit einem super erfrischenden Eis mit kr\u00e4ftigem Maracujageschmack. Diesen Sommer haben wir dieses Rezept schon so einige Male gemacht. Ich esse normalerweise kaum Eis, ich wei\u00df, ich bin komisch. Aber auch ich habe bei diesem Eis kr\u00e4ftig geschlemmt. Da wir in Deutschland wohnen, kann ich dem Wunsch leider nicht so oft nachkommen, die Dinger sind einfach super teuer hier. Au\u00dferdem habe ich gelernt, dass hier fast immer nur asiatische Passionsfr\u00fcchte angeboten werden, die deutlich s\u00fc\u00dfer und teilweise gr\u00f6\u00dfer sind als die kolumbianischen. Er wollte unbedingt im Urlaub Passionsfrucht-Eis essen, da wurde ihm aber ein Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht, die Eisdiele war leider zu. Also hie\u00df es zur\u00fcck in M\u00fcnchen zu forschen was f\u00fcr M\u00f6glichkeiten es gibt. Am Ende entschieden wir uns Maracuja-P\u00fcree zu verwenden. Auf mittlerer Hitze zum K\u00f6cheln bringen. Wenn die Masse leicht k\u00f6chelt, zwei Essl\u00f6ffel unter das Eigelb mischen, dann erneut zwei EL unterr\u00fchren und ein drittes Mal zwei weitere EL. Die Eiermischung nun in den Topf zum Rest geben und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren auf mittlerer Hitze andicken lassen. Das kann durchaus 10-15 min dauern. Bei meiner KitchenAid dauert das ca 20min, \u00e4ltere Modelle brauchen l\u00e4nger. Das Soft-Eis in einen Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcllen und nun erneut f\u00fcr ein paar Stunden zu Eis gefrieren.
