Aus meiner Sicht unschlagbar, au\u00dferdem bleibt der Ofen hier aus und man wartet nur bis es erh\u00e4rtet, was relativ fix geht. Wenn du also ein Rezept suchst, was schnell gemacht ist, perfekt als Mitbringsel und nicht schwer umzusetzen, Toffee ist die Antwort. Ich habe hier schon auf dem Blog <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2024\/12\/06\/scottish-tablet-oder-schottisches-fudge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">weicheres Karamell, die Schotten nennen es Tablet<\/a>, was man in Quadrate schneidet. Das dauert deutlich l\u00e4nger zuzubereiten. Bei den diversen Toffeesorten aus UK scheint es dabei eine Methode zu geben wie man feststellen kann, ob man fertig ist und dazu muss man einen Klecks des werdenden Karamells in kaltes Wasser geben. Bei hartem Toffee, wie hier, muss es sich zu einem Ball formen, dann ist es fertig.
