Aber bevor du sagst, wie seltsam, w\u00fcrde ich dich einladen es zumindest einmal auszuprobieren. Denn K\u00e4se, insbesonderer milder K\u00e4se wie Mozzarella, ist ein Milchprodukt vergleichbar mit Schlagsahne. Aber ich hatte mir sehr fr\u00fch in unserer Beziehung geschworen, dass ich alles in Kolumbien zumindest einmal probieren w\u00fcrde, erst dann konnte ich entscheiden, ob es mir zusagte oder nicht. Also bejahte ich die Frage, als mich meine heutige Schwiegermutter das erste Mal fragte, ob ich K\u00e4se in meiner hei\u00dfen Schokolade haben wollte. Etwas misstrauisch beobachtete ich die anderen Familienmitglieder. A\u00df man den K\u00e4se gleich, wartete man, wie war das Prozedere? Die allermeisten schl\u00fcrften ihre Schokolade erst einmal gen\u00fcsslich und warteten, bis der K\u00e4se geschmolzen war. Diesen l\u00f6ffelte man dann am Ende aus. Ich muss zugeben, ich war \u00fcberrascht, dass es doch viel besser mundete, als ich erwartet hatte. Im Gegensatz zu Sahne schmilzt K\u00e4se, es gibt also nochmal mehr einen Wow-Faktor. Es erkl\u00e4rt vielleicht auch, warum man nicht nur Milch f\u00fcr die hei\u00dfe Schokolade verwendet, sondern diese mit Wasser vermischt, schlie\u00dflich hat K\u00e4se nochmal einen deutlich
