Schon immer. Ich liebe den Geruch und die Farbe. Wahrscheinlich auch der Grund, warum mein erstes Rezept auf diesem Blog ein <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2017\/02\/15\/lemon-tart-tartelette-au-citron\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zitronenk\u00fcchlein<\/a> war. Zum Gl\u00fcck mag mein Mann auch Zitronen. Er mag alle Zitrusfr\u00fcchte: Orangen, Limetten und Pampelmusen, alle Fr\u00fcchte, die dazugeh\u00f6ren. Warum also nicht auch mal ein Zitrusrezept ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Es ist sehr zitronig. Nicht nur ein Hauch von Zitrone, sondern so richtig zitronig. Zun\u00e4chst haben wir den Teig mit Zitronengeschmack und dann gibt es noch Lemon Curd, also eine Art Zitronencreme, die auch eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Lemon Curd habe ich <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2017\/05\/26\/meringue-filled-with-lemon-curd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a> mit Baiser kombiniert. Wenn schon ein Zitronen-Cupcake, dann richtig. Das hei\u00dft in seinem Fall: zitronig, sauer und einfach lecker. Er hat sehr genaue Vorstellungen davon wie etwas zu schmecken hat. Wenn er seinen Segen gibt, dann hei\u00dft das was.
