Das Einzige, das dauert, sind die Ananasbl\u00fcten, wie ich sie mal einfach nennen m\u00f6chte, die trocknen m\u00fcssen, aber alles andere ist ziemlich schnell gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Inspiriert wurde ich von <a href=\"https:\/\/krueger.de\/backen-mit-krueger\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kr\u00fcgers Backwettbewerb<\/a>, bei dem man noch bis zum 29.10.17 ein Rezept mit einem von Kr\u00fcgers Cappuccino- und Kaffeeprodukten einreichen kann. Die Gewinne sind meiner Meinung nach nicht schlecht, vom Backevent mit Ruth Maschner bis hin zum K\u00fcchenmaschinen und Backutensilien ist alles dabei. Schau es dir an, ich finde es lohnt sich mitzumachen, ich habe f\u00fcr dieses Rezept auch etwas gewonnen \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><a ausgelegtem Backblech im Ofen trocknen lassen. Nach einer Stunde vorsichtig wenden und die zweite Seite nochmals eine Stunde im Ofen trocknen lassen. Im Anschluss Ananasscheiben in Muffinf\u00f6rmchen hineindr\u00fccken und nochmals weiter drau\u00dfen trocknen lassen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aus den restlichen zwei Drittel Ananasst\u00fcckchen zurechtschneiden. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">4<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr den <b>Schokoteig<\/b> die angegebenen Zutaten alle in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t gut verr\u00fchren. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">5<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Auf zwei mit Backpapier ausgelegtem Backblechen d\u00fcnn verteilen und bei 170 Grad Umluft ca. 20min backen. St\u00e4bchenprobe machen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">6<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Im Anschluss mit einem Tortenring Kreise ausstechen und k\u00fchlen lassen und ggf. nochmals in der Mitte durchschneiden, falls zu dick. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">7<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr die <b>Creme<\/b> die Sahne steif schlagen, Mascarpone und das Cappuccinopulver unterheben. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">8<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr ein <b>T\u00f6rtchen<\/b> zun\u00e4chst einen Teigkreis mit der Mascarponecreme bestreichen, einen zweiten Kreis draufsetzen, nochmals Mascarponecreme verstreichen, Ananasst\u00fcckchen darauf verteilen und einen dritten Kreis zum Abschluss draufsetzen.
