Easy Mix Chocolate Cake, so nennen wir ihn intern. Urspr\u00fcnglich ein amerikanisches Rezept mit Tassenangaben. Woher dieses Rezept genau kommt und wann es in meiner Verwandtschaft zum ersten Mal Verwendung fand, wei\u00df ich leider nicht mehr. Wahrscheinlich hat es irgendjemand aufgeschnappt als wir Ende der 80er in USA lebten. Aber eines ist sicher, diesen Kuchen wird es bei allen m\u00f6glichen Feiern garantiert geben. Denn wann gibt es das bittesch\u00f6n, dass man innerhalb von f\u00fcnf Minuten alle Zutaten in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel zusammenr\u00fchrt, den Kuchen auf einem Backblech oder in einer Springform verteilt und dann &#8222;nur&#8220; noch backen muss?&nbsp; Bei deutschen Rezepten eher unwahrscheinlich. Und dabei ist er so saftig und mega lecker. Was habe ich ihn nicht schon in allen Varianten bei diversen Feiern gesehen. Weil er erstens wirklich schnell gemacht ist und bisher nie &#8222;nichts geworden&#8220; ist. Und weil er zweitens so unglaublich wandelbar ist. Sehr bald wird es hier ein Rezept f\u00fcr Ananast\u00f6rtchen geben, die genau diesen Schokokuchen als Basis haben. Der Fantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt, was man alles mit diesem Kuchen anstellen kann.
