Pluspunkt ist jedoch, dass man die Torte gut im Voraus machen kann, da sie sich super einfrieren l\u00e4sst. Vielleicht deshalb spontan Plan\u00e4nderungen zu Weihnachten? Vielleicht w\u00e4re ja diese Torte was f\u00fcrs Fest, sie besteht aus einem Schokom\u00fcrbeteig, gaaaanz viel Kirschf\u00fcllung und einer sehr cremigen und reichhaltigen Schicht Mousse au Chocolat. Ich mein, f\u00fcr das Fest der Feste darf man das, oder? Die Torte habe ich mir Original zu meinem Geburtstag ausgedacht. Sie entspricht n\u00e4mlich genau meinen Vorlieben, ganz viel Schokolade in allen Variationen, aber Fr\u00fcchte d\u00fcrfen auch nicht fehlen. Der Gewinn war ein Besuch des Schokoladenfestivals <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chocolart.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chocolART<\/a> in T\u00fcbingen, das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Schokoladenfestival Deutschlands. Nun, was soll ich sagen, diese Torte gewann! In der Mitte halte ich stolz den &#8222;Mini-Meter&#8220; von Rittersport, den ich noch zus\u00e4tzlich erhielt, denn nat\u00fcrlich war auch Rittersport auf dem Festival anwesend. Wie gesagt, bei diesem Rezept braucht man so einige Sch\u00fcsseln und das Mousse dauert seine Zeit, aber da man die Torte super einfrieren kann, kann entsprechend die Vorbereitung schon viel fr\u00fcher anfangen.
