Wenn nicht, ist auch egal. Das hier ist der perfekte Herbst\/Winter-Pie f\u00fcr kalte Tage. Saftige \u00c4pfel, Cranberries und ein Hauch von Mandeln, was will man mehr? Dazu den Teig halbieren und einfach mit Streusel bestreuen. Ich fand es sehr meditativ die Rosen zu formen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass nicht jeder automatisch eine Pie-Form hat. Falls doch, brauchst du auf jeden Fall eine &#8222;deep-dish&#8220; Pie-Form, dieser Pie hat viel F\u00fcllung. Das liegt daran, dass ich F\u00fcllungen liebe, insbesondere Obstf\u00fcllungen. Vorbereitet habe ich ihn mit meinem Lieblingsm\u00fcrbeteig. Ich nenne ihn immer meinen 1-2-3-M\u00fcrbeteig, denn er besteht aus einem Teil Zucker (na gut, den reduziere ich gerne, weil die F\u00fcllung schon s\u00fc\u00df ist), zwei Teilen Butter und drei Teilen Mehl. Dieses Grundrezept eines M\u00fcrbeteigs finde ich ganz wunderbar, um wundersch\u00f6ne Verzierungen zu machen. <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/04\/23\/ten-tips-on-how-to-deal-with-pie-crust\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hier habe ich zehn Tipps aufgeschrieben<\/a>, wie auch dir M\u00fcrbeteig perfekt gelingt. Die Rosen habe ich so geformt als auch die Bl\u00e4tter per Messer ausgeschnitten.
