Grund Nr. 1 ist Anna vom Blog <a href=\"http:\/\/teigliebe.com\/recipe\/vanilletorte-und-1-jahr-teigliebe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Teigliebe<\/a>, die fragt, was unser Lieblingsgew\u00fcrz ist. Da fiel mir gleich Vanille ein. Vanille wird einfach in jedem Rezept verwendet, OK, vielleicht stimmt das nicht ganz, aber in vielen Rezepten wird sie eingesetzt. Weil gef\u00fchlt jedes einzelne amerikanische Rezept Vanilleextrakt verlangt. Man braucht auch nur zwei Zutaten: 1. hochprozentigen Alkohol, mindestens 35% und Vanilleschoten. Du glaubst mir nicht? Schau dir mal die Zutatenliste von Vanilleextrakt an, jawoll, Alkohol ist Zutat Nr.1 und dann liest man diese ganzen k\u00fcnstlichen Aromen eher mit gerunzelter Stirn. Aber wer sich auch nur ein bisschen mit dem Thema befasst, wei\u00df, dass Vanilleschoten rar sind und immer teurer werden. Dann lieber konservieren und viel, viel mehr Kuchen, Cupcakes und Cookies damit machen k\u00f6nnen, als wenn ich jedes Mal eine neue Vanilleschote ausschabe. Sorry. Ich zumindest werde weder Vanillezucker noch Vanilleextrakt kaufen. Immer, wenn man Alkohol nachf\u00fcllt, auch eine aufgeschnittene Vanilleschote dazugeben.
