Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass du alle Zutaten da hast. Na gut, wenn du gerne b\u00e4ckst, dann hast du wahrscheinlich: Mehl, Butter, Zucker, Vanilleextrakt, Mandeln und rote Marmelade zu Hause, daraus bestehen n\u00e4mlich diese s\u00fc\u00dfen Mini-Pies. Nat\u00fcrlich kann man sie nicht nur mit Herzchen ausstechen, sondern jegliche andere Form, aber diese habe ich extra zum Valentinstag gemacht. Das Tolle an Mini-Pies ist, dass man sie super in einer Plastikdose mitnehmen kann und nicht die gleichen Transportprobleme hat wie bei einer dreist\u00f6ckigen Torte. Man kann sie super im Voraus backen und nat\u00fcrlich kannst du sie nicht nur mit deinem Valentine teilen, sondern noch mit anderen. Toll finde ich auch, dass man sie komplett vorbereiten kann und dann ab, schwupps in die Gefriertruhe bis man sie braucht. Ich finde n\u00e4mlich, dass diese Mini-Pies dann nochmal extra lecker sind und der Teig besonders m\u00fcrbe ist. Insbesondere im Kontrast zur Marmelade ein Traum. Ich habe im obigen Bild einen Holzstock zwischen die beiden Kreise geschoben. Dann ist es ein sogenannter Pie Pop. Super, wenn man den Mini-Pie z.B. in etwas Styropor oder einen Schwamm steckt oder eine kleine Vase. Und im schlimmsten Fall lassen sie sich auch super komplett vorbereitet einfrieren und k\u00f6nnen dann am Valentinstag hervorgeholt werden. Perfekt f\u00fcr einen stressfreien Valentinstag. Dann das Ei und Vanilleextrakt dazugeben und rasch mit den H\u00e4nden zu einem Teig verkneten. Auf jeden zweiten Kreis ein bis zwei TL Kirschmarmelade geben. Falls man Cake Pops macht, die Holzst\u00f6ckchen m\u00f6glichst tief zwischen die beiden Kreise stecken und darauf achten, dass man den Rand um das St\u00f6ckchen besonders gut verschlie\u00dft. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">5<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Mini-Pies ca. 18-20min auf mittlerer Schiene backen.
