Bei Cookies werde ich schwach. Jedes Mal, wenn ich an einer B\u00e4ckerei vorbei gehe, weht mir hier in Hamburg als erstes der Duft von Franzbr\u00f6tchen<\/a> entgegen und dann schaue ich, ob und welche Cookies es gibt. Ich liebe die Kombi Erdnussbutter und Schoko. Deshalb gibt es heute hier auf dem Blog Erdnussbutter-Schoko-Cookies mit Karamell und Meeressalz. Mein Geheimrezept sozusagen. Viel besser als im Coffee-Shop!<\/p>\n

\"Peanut<\/a>Mein Rezept ergibt ca. 12 Cookies. So richtig gro\u00dfe, wie aus der B\u00e4ckerei. Nat\u00fcrlich kann man sie auch kleiner backen, dann musst du die Backzeit nur verk\u00fcrzen. Falls du sie gro\u00df machst, reicht einer bestimmt aus, damit du im Cookie-Himmel bist. Sch\u00f6n gro\u00df, schokoladig und mit Karamell, ich bin mir sicher, dass du sie lieben wirst.<\/p>\n

Ich f\u00fchle mich geehrt, dass ich mein Rezept bei Marc von Bake to the roots<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlichen darf. Falls du seinen Blog noch nicht kennst, h\u00fcpf unbedingt r\u00fcber, bei ihm gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Manchmal habe ich den Eindruck, dass wir einen sehr \u00e4hnlichen Geschmack haben, denn bereits zwei Mal habe ich bei ihm einen Rezeptpreis gewonnen. Besonder stolz bin ich auf meine Schokoladenmousse-Kirschtorte<\/a>. Die ist dekadent, aber einfach nur mega.<\/p>\n

Aber zur\u00fcck zu den Cookies. Der Cookie ist mit Erdnussbutter und muss nicht, wie das oft bei amerikanischen Cookie-Rezepten der Fall ist, vor dem Backen gek\u00fchlt werden. Ich liebe den Cookie mit Schokost\u00fcckchen, aber nat\u00fcrlich kann man auch Chocolate Chips hernehmen. Weichen Karamell gibt es dann auch noch dazu und Meeressalz, was will man eigentlich mehr?<\/p>\n
