Saftige Ingwer-Muffins, die relativ gesund sind. Sie werden anteilig mit Vollkornmehl gemacht, mit Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup ges\u00fc\u00dft und kommen ganz ohne Butter aus. Stattdessen nehmen wir Kokosfett her. Sie werden mit frischem Ingwer zubereitet und werden dadurch wunderbar saftig. Klar kann man sich immer noch streiten, ob das wirklich schon gesund ist, aber zumindest finde ich, hat man nicht mehr ganz so ein schlechtes Gewissen, wenn man einen zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck isst. Wenn ich mir so die Bilder von vor vier Jahren anschaue, merke ich dann doch, dass ich so einiges im Bereich Fotografie gelernt habe. Klar lernt man immer noch mehr, aber ganz ehrlich, wenn dem nicht so w\u00e4re, w\u00e4re es ja auch langweilig! Nur so lange r\u00fchren bis man keine Mehlklumpen mehr sieht. Ofen unbedingt vorheizen. Muffins k\u00f6nnen auch mit Zucker und Zimt bestreut werden und schmecken auch als Brotersatz mit Butter und Honig.
