Zumindest gibt es auf meinem Blog einige Zitronenrezepte. Falls du ein Zitronenliebhaber bist, dann schau mal, am Ende dieses Beitrags habe ich noch weitere Zitronenrezepte mit Bild aufgelistet zum St\u00f6bern. Aber auch wenn ich selbst Zitrone sehr gerne mag, ich glaube, mit Schuld an den vielen Zitrone-Rezepten ist auch meine bessere H\u00e4lfte. Er ist einfach zitronenvernarrt. Deutsche Rezepte haben kein Problem mit der Baiserhaube, ich habe zum Beispiel hier einen sehr leckeren <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2017\/06\/17\/rhubarb-pie-in-all-its-glory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rhabarberkuchen<\/a> vorgestellt, der auch eine Baiserhaube hat. Warum die Amis nicht so viele Kuchen mit Baiserhaube machen, wei\u00df ich ehrlich gesagt nicht, aber der Pie mit Zitronenschicht UND Baiserhaube ist auf jeden Fall ein Traum und wird hier deshalb vorgestellt. Ich finde, gerade, wenn man eher eine s\u00e4uerliche Frucht einsetzt, macht sich so eine Baiserhaube gut, die Haube ist ein s\u00fc\u00dfer Kontrast zum Sauren. Auch die Zitronencreme ist gar nicht so schwer wie sie aussieht. Einzig wichtig ist, dass man die Eigelbe nicht zu hei\u00df werden l\u00e4sst, weil sie sonst gerinnen. Und Baiser ist sowieso leichter als gedacht, solange Sch\u00fcssel und Mixer fettfrei sind und man lange genug schl\u00e4gt, kriegt man auch das hin.
