Den Kuchen habe ich an einem sonnigen Wochenende gemacht und mit Freunden drau\u00dfen bei einem Picknick in Hamburg verspeist. Angedacht ist, dass man etwas in einer der sieben Regenbogenfarben, also rot, orange, gelb, gr\u00fcn, blau, lila oder pink b\u00e4ckt\/kocht. <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/04\/30\/blog-event-colorful-food-and-a-fruit-pizza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Weitere Details dazu gibt es hier<\/a>. F\u00fcr gr\u00fcn war deshalb schnell klar, dass ich etwas mit Kiwi machen wollte. Ich machte mich also auf die Suche und stie\u00df dabei auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aldi-sued.de\/de\/rezepte\/obst-und-gemuese-des-monats\/kiwi\/detail\/rs\/r\/rezept-kiwi-kaese-blechkuchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dieses Rezept<\/a>. Ein Blechbuchen ist schon mal ungew\u00f6hnlich mit Kiwi, dann noch einer mit einer Quarkf\u00fcllung und obendrein noch ein Schokoteig. Ich finde es immer toll, wenn ich etwas Gebackenes an eine Reihe an Leuten verteilen und sie gleich zu ihrer Meinung befragen kann. Genau so wie ich noch nie einen Kuchen mit Kiwi gegessen habe, geschweige gleich einen Blechkuchen, ging es auch unseren Freunden so. Aber alle waren begeistert, also beschloss ich den Kuchen hier auf den Blog zu stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Kuchen besteht aus einem Schokoteig, der ganz schnell zusammengeknetet ist, einer leckeren Quarkf\u00fcllung und einer Schicht Kiwis.
