Wenn man wie ich ein Erdnussbutterfan ist, dann ist dieses Gericht wirklich der Hammer! Die Erdnussso\u00dfe hat so richtig Wumms, wird mit Sojaso\u00dfe kombiniert und mit leckeren Gem\u00fcsesorten plus Mango abgerundet. Liebe Leute, wenn ich ein veganes und glutenfreies Rezept ver\u00f6ffentliche, dann hei\u00dft das was, aber das hier ist so gut und lecker, dass ich es hiermit zum meinem Lieblingsrezept mit Glasnudeln deklariere. Was ich an diesem Rezept so toll finde, ist, dass es im Endeffekt aus den Reisnudeln, der So\u00dfe und dem Vermischen von beidem besteht, also sehr einfach gestrickt ist. Klar muss man noch ein bisschen schnippeln, aber das macht man bei dem Ergebnis gerne.<\/p>\n<p><a
