Chipa sind paraguayische K\u00e4sebr\u00f6tchen und sind von Natur aus glutenfrei, da sie mit Maniok\/Tapiokast\u00e4rke zubereitet werden. Mir ist klar, dass es nicht ganz so einfach ist an Tapiokast\u00e4rke zu kommen, aber normalerweise hat man entweder in asiatischen oder lateinamerikanischen L\u00e4den Gl\u00fcck oder muss die St\u00e4rke online bestellen. Das Tolle an Chipa ist, dass man sie ganz wunderbar als Vorspeise, Snack oder zur Party servieren kann. Ich wei\u00df nicht genau warum, aber aus irgendeinem Grund finden die Latinos, dass die St\u00e4rke hervorragend mit K\u00e4se harmoniert. Zumindestens nach meiner Recherche hat gef\u00fchlt jedes lateinamerikanische Land irgendein K\u00e4sebrot mit genau dieser St\u00e4rke im Angebot. Die kolumbianischen Varianten habe ich durch meinen Mann probieren k\u00f6nnen, sie hei\u00dfen <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/07\/26\/pandebonos-colombian-cheese-bread-gluten-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pandebonos<\/a>, das Rezept gibt es hier. Aber ich muss sagen, dass ich die paraguayische Version bevorzuge. Selbst in Uruguay, wo ich geboren bin, macht man gerne die Version vom Nachbarland Paraguay, weil die es einfach drauf haben. Das <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2023\/02\/19\/brasilianische-kaseballchen-oder-pao-de-queijo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brasilianische p\u00e3o de queijo<\/a> besteht gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils zwar aus den gleichen Zutaten, ist aber in der Zubereitung um ein Vielfaches komplizierter und meiner Meinung nach auch nicht so lecker (sorry). Die Paraguayer haben die beste L\u00f6sung gefunden, einfach alle Zutaten in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, einmal ordentlich durchmixen, in Muffinf\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcllen und backen.
