Ich habe mich f\u00fcr ein doppelt schokoladiges Eis mit Himbeer-Swirl entschieden. Fast h\u00e4tte ich es nicht geschafft Fotos zu machen, weil wir die ganze Zeit genascht haben und Eis ja bekanntlich schnell schmilzt, puh, grad noch so geschafft! Ja, ich wei\u00df, ich bin komisch. Aber ganz ehrlich? Ich kann mir besseres vorstellen, was ich mit Sahne alles zaubern kann. Sie zum Beispiel in einem <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2017\/08\/18\/no-bake-lime-cheesecake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Limetten-Cheesecake ohne backen<\/a> verarbeiten. Oder in einem glutenfreien <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/2017\/06\/23\/frozen-strawberry-cake-no-bake-glutenfree\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erdbeerkuchen ohne backen<\/a>. Oder gar <a href=\"http:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/06\/23\/eton-mess-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eton Mess Kuchen<\/a>, ach, es gibt so viele Optionen. Warum es so viele Leute gibt, die gefrorene Sahne in Eisform lieben, keine Ahnung. Mein Mann geh\u00f6rt auch dazu. Mister Jenny is baking ist sogar ein sehr gro\u00dfer Fan und spricht schon seit Jahren davon, dass wir eine Eismaschine brauchen. Finde ich ja nicht, aber er war hartn\u00e4ckig, sehr hartn\u00e4ckig. Und hat jetzt also eine Eismaschine gekauft. Obwohl ich ihm gesagt habe, dass er wahrscheinlich das meiste Eis alleine essen wird. Und dann dachte ich mir, vielleicht sollte ich auch mal die Eismaschine nutzen. Denn wenn ich Eis mache, dann auf jeden Fall eines mit Schokolade. Ich liebe Schokolade. Deshalb gibt es bei mir auch eine extra Schokokategorie hier. Schokoeis mit leckeren Schokost\u00fcckchen und dann noch Himbeeren als Kontrast, ja, da lass ich mich gerne drauf ein. Denn Himbeeren und Schoko harmonieren meiner Meinung nach besonders gut. Denn ich mache mit diesem Schokoeis-Rezept mit Himbeer-Swirl auch <a href=\"https:\/\/tortenundtoertchen.de\/blogparade-saisonal-backen-im-juli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bei der Blogparade von Julia mit<\/a>. Julia bittet, dass man etwas Saisonales im Juli macht, unter anderem gibt es Himbeeren im Angebot. So entschied ich mich also f\u00fcr dieses Eis mit dem Himbeer-Swirl. Das Eis enth\u00e4lt etwas Kaffee, aber keine Angst, den schmeckt man nicht raus. Solltest du ein Schokoliebhaber sein so wie ich, dann ist dieses Eis f\u00fcr dich. Denn ehrlich, wenn ich, die ich gar nicht so sehr Eis mag, dieses Eis liebe, dann du bestimmt auch. Die sauren Himbeeren und die Schokolade, ach, einfach umwerfend sag ich da nur.
