Wirklich. Auch wenn Hamburg dieses Jahr beschlossen hat beim Sommer mitzumachen und man den Ofen f\u00fcr 10min anschmei\u00dfen muss, egal, das ist es wert. Auf jeden Fall. W\u00e4hrend der letzte Sommer an einem Dienstag war, haben wir gef\u00fchlt dieses Jahr seit Mai ununterbrochen tolles Wetter und es sieht nicht so aus, dass sich das bald \u00e4ndert. Und da gerade Hochsaison der Heidelbeeren sind, hab ich gedacht, das passt doch ganz hervorragend. Wie gesagt muss man den Ofen anschmei\u00dfen, aber 10min h\u00e4lt man das grad noch aus, oder?<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Hast du Angst vor Biskuit? Musst du gar nicht, das allerwichtigste ist, dass die Eier nicht frisch aus dem K\u00fchlschrank kommen, sondern Zimmertemperatur angenommen haben. Solltest du vergessen haben sie rechtzeitig rauszunehmen, einfach f\u00fcnf Minuten in warmes Wasser legen w\u00e4hrend man den Rest vorbereitet. Denn was auch wichtig ist, ist, dass deine Sch\u00fcsseln komplett fettfrei sind, insbesondere die, in der du die Eiwei\u00dfe aufschl\u00e4gst, muss ganz sauber sein. Vorbereitung ist bei Biskuit schon die halbe Miete, das hei\u00dft auch den Ofen vorzuheizen und das Eiwei\u00df- mit dem Eigelbgemisch nicht lange stehen lassen, sondern z\u00fcgig miteinander vermengen, sobald alles vorbereitet ist. Ich wei\u00df gar nicht so genau warum. Denn sie lassen sich wirklich schnell vorbereiten und sind auch super, wenn man G\u00e4ste eingeladen hat. Das Vanillepuddingpulver und 2 EL Zucker mit 50ml Milch in einer Tasse anr\u00fchren und zu den kochenden Heidelbeeren geben und nochmals f\u00fcr ca. 2 min aufkochen lassen. Sowohl nur die Rolle ohne F\u00fcllung als auch komplett. Ohne F\u00fcllung in Frischhaltefolie gepackt in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter. Auch die Creme kann man einen Tag vorher vorbereiten. Dazu dann aber vorab auf Zimmertemperatur bringen, sonst l\u00e4sst sie sich schlecht streichen. Da sie Butter enth\u00e4lt, wird die Creme fester, wenn man sie im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt. Nat\u00fcrlich kann man die Biskuitrolle auch anders bef\u00fcllen. Lemon Curd (Zitronencreme), Mascarpone usw. sind nur ein paar Ideen.
