Schlage Baiser oder Eischnee auf<\/h2>\n<p>Die wohl einfachste Variante f\u00fcr \u00fcbrig gebliebenes Eiwei\u00df ist, dieses zu Schnee oder Baiser aufzuschlagen. Mache Pavlova aus Australien oder Neuseeland<\/h2>\n<p>Sieht vielleicht genauso wie Baiser aus, ist es aber nicht ganz. Ja, zun\u00e4chst muss man auch f\u00fcr Pavlova Eiwei\u00df mit Zucker aufschlagen, aber dann f\u00fcgt man am Ende etwas Speisest\u00e4rke und Essig hinzu und diese beiden Zutaten machen den Unterschied, am Ende erh\u00e4lt man eher die Konsistenz von Mashmallow. Au\u00dfen ist Pavlova sehr \u00e4hnlich zu Baiser, aber wenn man ins Zentrum vorr\u00fcckt, mmmmmmmhhhhhhh, so weich und cremig! Probier franz\u00f6sische Macarons aus<\/h2>\n<p>Ja, Macaron zu backen erfordert schon etwas Geschick, aber ich finde sie perfekt, um Eiwei\u00df aufzubrauchen. Oft entschlie\u00dfe ich mich dann noch spontan welche zu machen und bringe sie als \u00dcberraschung f\u00fcr Freunde und Familie mit. Selbstgemachte Buttercreme aus Italien oder der Schweiz<\/h2>\n<p>Ich werde irgendwann auch noch Blogposts zu den vielen verschiedenen Buttercremen machen m\u00fcssen, die es gibt, aber zwei zumindest werden aus einer Mischung aus geschlagenem Eiwei\u00df und Butter gemacht, die italienische und die aus der Schweiz. Italienische Buttercreme habe ich in <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/02\/21\/homemade-oreos-with-a-cookie-stamp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diesen leckeren Oreos<\/a> verwendet, aber im Grunde kannst du deinen Lieblingskeks oder Kuchen mit Buttercreme einstreichen. Verwende Eiwei\u00df als Puderzuckerglasur f\u00fcr Kekse<\/h2>\n<p>Vielleicht \u00fcberrascht dich das, aber Puderzuckerglasur l\u00e4sst sich deutlich besser mit Eiwei\u00df verwerten, als wenn man Zitronensaft oder Wasser hernimmt. Probiere es mal aus. Ich kann empfehlen, dass man das Eiwei\u00df und den Puderzucker mit einem Mixer aufschl\u00e4gt, einfach nur per Hand verr\u00fchren dauert zu lange und wird einfach nicht ganz so gut. Diese Glasur trocknet viel schneller und l\u00e4sst sich auch leichter verarbeiten. <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/01\/19\/cute-elephant-cookies-for-a-baby-shower\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Die s\u00fc\u00dfen Elefantenkekse<\/a> unten sind mit dieser Glasur gemacht worden. Auch um <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/12\/09\/perfekter-lebkuchen-fur-baumschmuck-dekoration-knusperhauschen-usw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lebkuchen-Knusperh\u00e4uschen<\/a> oder \u00e4hnliches zu kleben ist die Glasur perfekt f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a Ja, es ist m\u00f6glich beides einzufrieren, du solltest nur die folgenden Punkte beachten. Falls du Eiwei\u00df und\/oder Eigelb innerhalb von einem bis drei Tagen weiterverarbeitest, so empfehle ich es in kleinen M\u00fcslisch\u00fcsseln mit Frischhaltefolie bedeckt im K\u00fchlschrank aufzubewahren.<\/p>\n<h1>#Eiwei\u00df und Eigelb einfrieren<\/h1>\n<p>#<strong>Eiwei\u00df<\/strong> kann bis zu drei Monate eingefroren werden. Kleiner Tipp, friere das Eiwei\u00df separat in Eisw\u00fcrfelbeh\u00e4ltern ein. Du kannst dann nochmal jedes Eiwei\u00df separat in einer Ziplock-T\u00fcte einfrieren, sobald sie die Eisw\u00fcrfelform angenommen haben und sich rausbrechen lassen. Dann kannst du die entsprechende Anzahl auftauen. Dabei unbedingt die Gefrierbeutel beschriften, glaub mir, am Ende taut man aus Versehen Suppe auf, ist mir schon mal passiert. Am besten im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen und ca. eine Stunde bevor man sie verwendet auf Raumtemperatur bringen. Sie lassen sich normal aufschlagen. Sie scheinen jedoch l\u00e4nger zu brauchen, bis sie zu steifem Schnee werden. Aber keine Angst, es klappt trotzdem.<\/p>\n<p>#Auch <strong>Eigelb<\/strong> kann man einfrieren, allerdings sollte man pro Eigelb etwas Salz oder Zucker dazugeben, da sie sonst eintrocknen. Auch Eigelb friere ich gerne in Eisw\u00fcrfelbeh\u00e4ltern ein, auch hier kannst du sie dann im Anschluss separat in Gefrierbeutel einfrieren.
