Sehen sie dem Original nicht t\u00e4uschend echt? Schlicht und einfach, aber immer wieder der echte Hingucker! Beides muss komplett fettfrei sein. Man kann auch noch alles mit einem St\u00fcckchen Zitrone oder Essig abreiben, um ganz sicher zu sein. Das Eiwei\u00dfe auf mittlerer Stufe 2-3min schlagen, w\u00e4hrenddessen eine Prise Salz einstreuen. Nun langsam den Zucker hinzuf\u00fcgen. Das Baiser weiter auf der h\u00f6chsten Stufe schlagen. Es sollte langsam anfangen zu gl\u00e4nzen und steifer werden. So lange schlagen, bis es richtig steif ist. Das dauert insgesamt ca. 7min. Man kann auf unterschiedliche Art testen, ob das Baiser steif genug ist. Ein Test ist die Sch\u00fcssel umzudrehen, wenn kein Baiser herauskommt, ist es steif genug. Ein weiterer Test besteht darin etwas Baiser zwischen den Fingern zu reiben. Wenn man keine Zuckerk\u00f6rnchen mehr f\u00fchlt, hat sich der Zucker gut aufgel\u00f6st. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zwei Backbleche mit Backpapier belegen. Baiser in eine Spritzt\u00fclle f\u00fcllen (nat\u00fcrlich kann man auch von einer kleinen Plastikt\u00fcte einfach eine Ecke abschneiden) und die Pilzk\u00f6pfe auf das Backpapier spritzen, siehe auch Bild. Dann die St\u00e4ngel aufspritzen. Man kann auf unterschiedliche Art testen, ob das Baiser steif genug ist. Ein Test ist die Sch\u00fcssel umzudrehen, wenn kein Baiser herauskommt, ist es steif genug. Ein weiterer Test besteht darin etwas Baiser zwischen den Fingern zu reiben.
