Das ist insbesondere bei diesen Heidesand-Pl\u00e4tzchen der Fall. Und deshalb ist es mir eine besondere Ehre sie hier heute vorzustellen. Das Rezept stammt von einer Frau P., die f\u00fcr ihre Enkelin eben diese Heidesand-Pl\u00e4tzchen liebevoll zubereitete, weil es die Lieblingskekse der Enkelin waren. Sie war wohl wieder zugange, als der bei ihr arbeitende Handwerker sie fragte, warum es so gut in ihrer K\u00fcche rieche, sie antwortete, weil sie gerade Heidesand-Pl\u00e4tzchen backe und steckte dem Handwerker gleich welche zu. Zu Hause erz\u00e4hlte er so begeistert von diesen leckeren Keksen, sodass die Freundin ihn beauftragte Frau P. um das Rezept zu bitten. Tags drauf erledigte ganz gewissenhaft der Freund den Auftrag, Frau P. freute sich sehr, schrieb das Rezept aus dem Ged\u00e4chtnis nieder, tja, und dann nahm die Geschichte eine tragische Wendung. Denn Frau P. verstarb sehr bald danach. Wer jemals in der L\u00fcneburger Heide unterwegs war, wei\u00df sofort, warum die Kekse so hei\u00dfen. Der Boden ist sehr sandig, Heide mag sandigen Boden. Vielleicht kann man auf den unten stehenden Bildern erahnen wie der Boden vor Ort aussieht. Das hei\u00dft aber nicht, dass die Pl\u00e4tzchen sandig schmecken, keineswegs. Nachdem ich ein wenig recherchiert habe, was f\u00fcr Rezepte bereits im Internet existieren, muss ich gestehen, Frau P&#8217;s Rezept ist zwar ein wenig ungew\u00f6hnlich, liefert aber wirklich die besten Ergebnisse. Ich kann dir nur empfehlen das Rezept nachzubacken. Obwohl es angeblich eher zu Weihnachten gemacht wird, finde ich, ist es ein Rezept, das auch schon wunderbar in den Herbst passt.
