Man glaubt es kaum, aber ich habe ziemlich lange an diesem Rezept herumgebastelt, bevor es endlich blogreif war. War es noch vor f\u00fcnfzehn Jahren hier in Deutschland verp\u00f6nt als &#8222;Haferschleim&#8220; (wer nennt denn ein Essen bitte &#8222;Schleim&#8220;???), sind die Overnight Oats oder Porridge endlich wieder seit ein paar Jahren in Mode gekommen, auch in Deutschland.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ich muss n\u00e4mlich sagen, dass ich sehr gerne warm zu Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck esse, und das ist das Tolle an Porridge. Im Gegensatz zu Overnight Oats, bei denen Haferflocken \u00fcber Nacht in Fl\u00fcssigkeit gequellt werden, kocht man bei Porridge die Haferflocken in Fl\u00fcssigkeit auf und genie\u00dft sie entsprechend warm. Also deckte ich mich ein, von bl\u00fctenzart bis kernig, von Marken-Haferflocken bis no name, es gab den ganzen Winter \u00fcber bei uns Porridge. Ich probierte sie nur mit Wasser aufzukochen oder nur mit Milch, dann mit einem Mix, f\u00fcr nur wenige Minuten und sehr lange, weil ich die perfekte Konsistenz suchte. Irgendwann meinte mein Mann, dass nun doch endlich genug sei. Und so traue ich mich also das Grundrezept, das man dann entsprechend seiner Vorlieben mit Obst, Trockenfr\u00fcchten und Gew\u00fcrzen verfeinern kann, hier vorzustellen.
