Dann ist diese Fr\u00fcchtepizza genau das Richtige f\u00fcr dich. Sie besteht aus einem glutenfreien Tortenboden aus N\u00fcssen und Datteln, einer leckeren Joghurtschicht, die du auch vegan zubereiten kannst und ganz vielen Fr\u00fcchten deiner Wahl. Falls du lust auf das Rezept hast, <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/04\/30\/blog-event-colorful-food-and-a-fruit-pizza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">schau mal hier vorbei<\/a>. Heute gibt es aber die gesunde Variante, die glutenfrei ist, denn der Tortenboden besteht aus Datteln und N\u00fcssen. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die gesamte Pizza auch vegan zubereiten, dann solltest du einen Soja- oder Kokosjoghurt nehmen, in meinem Fall habe ich griechischen Joghurt ausgesucht. Ich finde aber sowieso, dass die Fr\u00fcchte das Herz dieser Pizza sind. Da sind deiner Fantasie keine Grenzen gesetzt, da kannst du einfach das nehmen, was mundet und was gerade im Angebot ist. Meine Pizza habe ich mit Bananen, Mandarinen, Birnenst\u00fcckchen und Beeren belegt. Entweder Keksausstecher f\u00fcr die H\u00e4uschen benutzen, ich habe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/dp\/B09K77FW1W?psc=1&amp;ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diese<\/a> oder die Hausteile auf Papier ausdrucken (siehe <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/wp-1c174-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Mini-Lebkuchenha\u0308uschen_Jennyisbaking.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hier<\/a>) und Schablonen aus Papier\/Karton herstellen. F\u00fcr den <b>Lebkuchenteig<\/b> Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup mit Wasser und Zucker in einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Topf zum Kochen bringen, dann vegane Butter dazugeben, verr\u00fchren und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Die restlichen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles gr\u00fcndlich mit dem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t vermengen, ich mache das direkt im Topf. In einem Beh\u00e4lter verpackt mindestens eine Stunde, besser jedoch \u00fcber Nacht, k\u00fchlen. Man kann den Teig bis zu einer Woche im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Mit der Zeit wird der Teig dunkler, das ist normal. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dann den Teig auf einer gut bemehlten Fl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn ausrollen und die entsprechende Anzahl der Hausteile (pro Teil jeweils 2 Mal) ausstechen oder per Schablone und scharfem Messer ausschneiden. Den Ofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen und die Hausteile auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen. F\u00fcr ca. 7-10min backen. Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr die <b>Glasur<\/b> das Abtropfwasser der Kichererbsen mit ca. 180g Puderzucker mindestens f\u00fcnf Minuten mit dem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t verr\u00fchren, sie sollte die Konsistenz von Zahnpasta haben, dickfl\u00fcssig und z\u00e4h, aber nicht so z\u00e4h, dass man damit nichts mehr verzieren kann. Evtl. mehr Puderzucker hinzuf\u00fcgen oder mehr Wasser, um sie etwas d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssiger zu machen. In eine Spritzt\u00fclle mit ganz feiner Spitze f\u00fcllen und dann die Hausteile damit zusammenkleben. Ich habe dabei immer die Front mit den Seiten zuerst zusammengeklebt und erst am Ende das Dach draufgesetzt. Nach Lust und Laune mit der Glasur und weiterer Deko (z.B. getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte, N\u00fcsse, S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten, Streusel, etc.) verzieren. Tipp: die Glasur kann man super aufbewahren, am besten in einem mit z.B. einer W\u00e4scheklammer abgeklemmten Spritzbeutel oder aber in einer Plastikdose. Es sollte m\u00f6glichst wenig Luft drankommen. Zur Not mit etwas Wasser bespr\u00fchen, nochmal verr\u00fchren und dann weitermachen. Die H\u00e4uschen halten sich lange, wenn man sie nicht essen will, kann man sie sogar bis zum Folgejahr aufbewahren, solange sie k\u00fchl und trocken lagern. Die restlichen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles gr\u00fcndlich mit dem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t vermengen, ich mache das direkt im Topf. In einem Beh\u00e4lter verpackt mindestens eine Stunde, besser jedoch \u00fcber Nacht, k\u00fchlen. Man kann den Teig bis zu einer Woche im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Evtl. mehr Puderzucker hinzuf\u00fcgen oder mehr Wasser, um sie etwas d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssiger zu machen. In eine Spritzt\u00fclle mit ganz feiner Spitze f\u00fcllen und dann die Hausteile damit zusammenkleben. Ich habe dabei immer die Front mit den Seiten zuerst zusammengeklebt und erst am Ende das Dach draufgesetzt. Nach Lust und Laune mit der Glasur und weiterer Deko (z.B. getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte, N\u00fcsse, S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten, Streusel, etc.) verzieren. Tipp: die Glasur kann man super aufbewahren, am besten in einem mit z.B. einer W\u00e4scheklammer abgeklemmten Spritzbeutel oder aber in einer Plastikdose. Es sollte m\u00f6glichst wenig Luft drankommen. Zur Not mit etwas Wasser bespr\u00fchen, nochmal verr\u00fchren und dann weitermachen. Die H\u00e4uschen halten sich lange, wenn man sie nicht essen will, kann man sie sogar bis zum Folgejahr aufbewahren, solange sie k\u00fchl und trocken lagern.
