Kein Problem, bei diesem Sauerteigbrot musst du nur am Vorabend was ansetzen und kannst dann am Folgetag das Brot backen. Falls du schon l\u00e4nger auf meinem Blog vorbeischaust, wei\u00dft du, dass es hier nicht oft Brotrezepte gibt. Und das, obwohl ich eine absolute Brotliebhaberin bin und fast t\u00e4glich zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck Brot esse. Und als ich euch dann auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/jennysbakingblog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram<\/a> fragte, ob ihr am Rezept f\u00fcr dieses Sauerteigbrot interessiert seid, war die einm\u00fctige Antwort ja. Aus diesem Grund gibt es heute also ganz einfaches Sauerteigbrot, das auch Anf\u00e4ngern gelingt und nur ganz wenige Zutaten ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe an anderer Stelle erw\u00e4hnt, dass wir letztes Jahr im November <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/11\/13\/third-round-of-coffe-with-jenny\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">in San Francisco im Urlaub<\/a> waren. Dort haben wir spontan im Caf\u00e9 &#8222;The Mill&#8220; (<em>deutsch die M\u00fchle<\/em>) vorbeigeschaut, die Unmengen an Brot verkaufen. Wer jemals in USA f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Zeit war, wei\u00df, dass man schnell anf\u00e4ngt deutsches Brot zu vermissen, ich kann auf jeden Fall sagen, das Brot aus dem Caf\u00e9 super ist! Der Caf\u00e9-Besitzer Josey hat ein Rezeptbuch herausgegeben, aus dem dieses Rezept stammt. Als mein Mann also dieses Rezept ausprobierte und es f\u00fcr sehr gut befand, hei\u00dft das auf jeden Fall was, denn wie gesagt b\u00e4ckt mein Mann unser gesamtes Brot. Es hat eine wunderbare Krumme, ist also au\u00dfen ganz knusprig, aber \u00fcberaschend weich. Es hat eine sehr dunkle Farbe, aber ist innen hell und mild im Geschmack. Keine Sorge, ein klassisches Sauerteigbrot, mit dem man Ziegel legen ist, ist es definitiv nicht!<\/p>\n<p><a lassen. Allerdings nicht k\u00fchl im K\u00fchlschrank, sondern k\u00fchl bei Raumtemperatur. Man sollte am Folgetag eine Ver\u00e4nderung sehen (Bl\u00e4schenbildung), wenn nicht, war die Hefe nicht mehr aktiv und man muss leider nochmal neu anfangen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>An <b>Tag 2<\/b> die restlichen Zutaten hinzuf\u00fcgen und mindestens f\u00fcr zehn Minuten mit der Maschine kneten. Der Teig sollte relativ feucht sein, aber bereits elastisch. Mit einem feuchten Tuch drei Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gehen lassen. Wenn man keine Zeit hat im Anschluss zu backen, kann man den Teig bis zu einer Woche in den K\u00fchlschrank verfrachten. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Einen Brotkasten (unser hat die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe 20x11x5cm) ein\u00f6len und den Teig entsprechend der Form auf einer leicht bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che formen. Erneut mindestens zwei Stunden gehen lassen. Sollte man nicht gleich im Anschluss backen k\u00f6nnen, kann man zwischen 6-24 Stunden den Teig in den K\u00fchlschrank packen. Sollte man gek\u00fchltes Brot backen wollen, erst ca. eine Stunde Raumtemperatur annehmen lassen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">4<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ofen auf 240 Grad vorheizen und Brot f\u00fcr ca. 40min backen.
