Ich habe nat\u00fcrlich ein Rezept auf dem Blog, <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/10\/12\/classic-french-tarte-tatin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tarte Tartin findest du hier<\/a>. Heute jedoch gibt es die Sommervariante mit Aprikosen. Ich habe eine schwere gu\u00dfeiserne Pfanne, die ich auch in den Ofen packen kann. Solltest du das nicht haben, kannst du dir auch mit einer Springform behelfen. Wenn man eine Pfanne hat, ist es sehr praktisch, da man sowohl Karamell als auch die Tarte direkt in der Pfanne vorbereiten kann. Au\u00dferdem kann man super die Tarte in Teilen am Vorabend zubereiten und steht deshalb gar nicht lange in der K\u00fcche. Perfekt f\u00fcr ein Picknick, zum Geburtstag oder einer anderen Feier, die drau\u00dfen gefeiert wird. Ich finde, einen besseren Nachtisch kann es im Sommer nicht geben! Luftdicht verpackt mindestens 30min in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr die <b>F\u00fcllung<\/b> die Aprikosen halbieren, den Stein entfernen. In einer gro\u00dfen, gu\u00dfeisernen Pfanne den Zucker schmelzen, Pfanne schwenken, um das Karamell gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig zu verteilen. Wenn der Zucker komplett geschmolzen ist, vorsichtig die Butter in St\u00fcckchen in das Karamell geben und warten bis auch die Butter geschmolzen ist, dann vom Herd nehmen. Rosmarin hinzugeben und die Aprikosen kreisf\u00f6rmig in den Karamell legen. Falls man keine gu\u00dfeiserne Pfanne hat, kann man das Karamell separat zubereiten, dann eine Springform mit Backpapier belegen, das Karamell eingie\u00dfen und darauf die Aprikosenh\u00e4lften legen und wie unten weiter verfahren. Kurz abk\u00fchlen lassen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Den Ofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen, den Teig gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die Pfanne kreisf\u00f6rmig ausrollen und im Anschluss die Aprikosen damit bedecken, Rand abschneiden, sodass der Teig in die Pfanne gesteckt werden kann. Ca. 25min im Ofen backen. Derweil einen gro\u00dfen Teller oder zur Not ein Backblech suchen. Sobald der Teig golden ist, Pfanne aus dem Ofen nehmen, den Rand mit einem Messer l\u00f6sen, den gro\u00dfen Teller auf den Teig setzen und die Pfanne in einem Schwung umdrehen. Normalerweise entferne ich den Rosmarin kurz vor dem Essen. Am besten noch warm genie\u00dfen. Ca. 25min im Ofen backen. Derweil einen gro\u00dfen Teller oder zur Not ein Backblech suchen. Sobald der Teig golden ist, Pfanne aus dem Ofen nehmen, den Rand mit einem Messer l\u00f6sen, den gro\u00dfen Teller auf den Teig setzen und die Pfanne in einem Schwung umdrehen.
