Dann bist du mit diesen zartbuttrigen Zitronen-Rosmarin-Heidesand-Pl\u00e4tzchen genau richtig. Sie brauchen zwar so einiges an K\u00fchlzeit, aber wenn sie einmal zu W\u00fcrstchen gerollt im K\u00fchlschrank lagern, muss man sie nur noch zack, zack in Scheibchen schneiden und dann backen. Ihr Name stammt von der L\u00fcneburger Heide, die aus sehr sandigem Boden besteht. Da die Pl\u00e4tzchen von ihrem Aussehen diesem Boden \u00e4hneln, hei\u00dfen sie also Heidesand. Da mein schlichtes <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/10\/05\/heidesand-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Heidesand-Rezept<\/a> letztes Jahr durch die Decke ging, da das Rezept auf der amerikanischen Seite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delish.com\/cooking\/g25562135\/german-cookies\/?slide=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delish<\/a> als eines von den zehn besten deutschen Weihnachtspl\u00e4tzchen genannt wurde, dachte ich mir, dass nun eine Version mit etwas Besonderem hermusste. Wenn in einer Blechdose verwahrt, kann man sie locker ein paar Wochen aufbewahren. Wenn es br\u00e4unliche Flecken gibt und sie anf\u00e4ngt nussig zu riechen, ist sie fertig. Kann evtl. etwas l\u00e4nger dauern. W\u00e4hrenddessen den Rosmarin abzupfen und fein hacken. Zur gebr\u00e4unten Butter hinzugeben. Ausgekratzte Vanilleschote und Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles so lange miteinander verr\u00fchren, bis eine wei\u00dfliche Masse entstanden ist.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mehl mit dem Backpulver und Zitronenabrieb vermischen und nach und nach unter R\u00fchren unter die Buttermischung geben, den letzten Teil per Hand unterkneten. Falls der Teig zu kr\u00fcmelig ist, f\u00fcr eine halbe Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Im Anschluss Teig dritteln und aus jedem Teil eine ca. 3cm Durchmesser dicke Rolle formen. In Frischhaltefolie einschlagen und mindestens eine Stunde oder \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">4<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ofen auf 160 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen, zwei Backbleche mit Backpapier belegen. Optional die Rollen in etwas Zucker, der mit fein gehacktem Rosmarin und Zitronenabrieb gemischt wurde, w\u00e4lzen. Dann ca. 1\/2 cm dicke Scheiben von den Rollen abschneiden und auf den Blechen verteilen, die Kekse gehen leicht auf, k\u00f6nnen aber relativ dicht aneinander gelegt werden.
