Sie sind Teil meiner <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/11\/28\/meringue-alfajores-from-uruguay-and-start-of-the-cookie-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cookie-Woche<\/a> und nat\u00fcrlich mit der lateinamerikanischen Zutat <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/21\/how-to-make-homemade-dulce-de-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dulce de leche<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/21\/how-to-make-homemade-dulce-de-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wie du die ber\u00fchmte Karamellcreme selbst herstellen kannst<\/a>, habe ich hier erkl\u00e4rt, aber jetzt nochmal zur\u00fcck zu dieser Schoko-Salami. Sieht die Salamiwurst nicht t\u00e4uschend echt aus? Wenn die Uruguayer was k\u00f6nnen, dann, mit wenig Aufwand viel Wirkung zeigen. So auch diese Kekse, die mit Abstand die einfachsten Kekse sind, die ich kenne. Einfach alle Zutaten zusammenr\u00fchren, k\u00fchlen und fertig. Das klingt doch gut, oder? Na gut, in meinem Fall muss man die Haseln\u00fcsse noch r\u00f6sten, die Schokolade schmelzen und die Kekse zerkr\u00fcmeln, aber dann, dann einfach zu einer Rolle formen und sich die Salamist\u00fcckchen nach Gusto abschneiden. Deutlich lieber als kalten Hund. Denn hier gibt es einige Bonuspunkte. Zum Beispiel, dass man immer kleine Scheibchen abschnitt und somit nicht Gefahr lief ein riesiges St\u00fcck vor sich zu haben, sollte es vielleicht doch nicht schmecken. Oder die Tatsache, dass hier mit dulce de leche ges\u00fc\u00dft wird. Wenn es eine Zutat gibt, die euch immer wieder in meiner uruguayischen Kekswoche begegnen wird, dann auf jeden Fall diese Karamellcreme. So ungef\u00e4hr die gesamte Backware aus Uruguay wird mit dulce de leche gemacht. Da sind diese Salamist\u00fcckchen keine Ausnahme. Au\u00dferdem finde ich, dass der Zusatz von N\u00fcssen diesen Keksen das gewisse Etwas gibt. Nicht nur, dass dadurch die Salmi noch echter wirkt, nein, auch der Geschmack wird nochmal interessanter. Ich wette mit dir, dass es Leute gibt, die darauf reinfallen. Denn diese Kekse eignen sich hervorragend als Geschenk in der Weihnachtszeit. Einfach etwas Butterbrotpapier oder Backpapier zurechtschneiden, die Salami mit etwas Garn umwickeln und fertig. Dann auf Frischhaltefolie geben und zu einer Rolle formen. Eingeschlagen im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen. Gek\u00fchlt in Puderzucker rollen, damit es wie echte Salami aussieht.
