Als ich sie an meine Kollegen verteilte, kamen begeisterte R\u00fcckmeldungen, ich k\u00f6nne gerne wieder etwas aus Uruguay vorbeibringen, wenn es so lecker schmeckt wie diese Kekse. Bestehen tun diese Kekse aus einem einfachen Vaniller\u00fchrteig, der einen kleinen Anteil Maisst\u00e4rke enth\u00e4lt, der ber\u00fchmten Karamellcreme <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/21\/how-to-make-homemade-dulce-de-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dulce de leche<\/a> als F\u00fcllung und etwas Zartbitterschokolade als kr\u00f6nenden Abschluss. F\u00fcr die Kategorie &#8222;Keks&#8220; sind diese Yo-Yos schon etwas aufw\u00e4ndig, aber man kann sie super einfrieren und kann den Teig durchaus am Vortag backen, wenn luftdicht verpackt. Jedes Mal, wenn wir zu Besuch auf ihren Bauernhof kamen, steckte sie mir etwas S\u00fc\u00dfes zu. W\u00e4hrend meine Schwester wissen wollte, ob es wieder selbstgemachte Wurst g\u00e4be, war f\u00fcr mich bereits als Vierj\u00e4hrige klar, dass Oma wie von Zauberhand immer wieder die leckersten und schokoladigsten Dinge hervorholen konnte. Ich verschlang alles gen\u00fcsslich und erfreute mich ebenso an ihren unglaublichen Backk\u00fcnsten.
