Lad dir so den goldenen Herbst einfach ein, mit richtig gutem Ahornsirup-Geschmack und leckeren Waln\u00fcssen ein richtiger Herbst-Cookie. Endlich darf man auch in Deutschland \u00f6fter zu einem Cookie greifen, leider ist es ja in unseren Breitengraden nicht so normal zu jeder Jahreszeit und als Nachspeise einen Cookie zu verspeisen. Erst wenn es drau\u00dfen kalt und dunkel wird, ja, dann macht man \u00f6fter mal den Backofen an. Die weiche Butter wird mit dem Zucker, dann Ei und Ahornsirup vermengt, die trockenen Zutaten kommen hinzu und dann hei\u00dft es leider f\u00fcr eine Weile in den K\u00fchlschrank. Der Teig ist durch den Ahornsirup so weich, dass man etwas warten muss, bis die Butter wieder etwas erh\u00e4rtet ist, bevor man die Cookies formen kann. Auch wenn diese Cookies keine Schokolade enthalten, finde ich sie unglaublich lecker, weil hier so richtig gut der Ahornsirup durchkommt. Und dann noch die knackigen Waln\u00fcsse, die im Ofen noch so sch\u00f6n ger\u00f6stet sind, einfach nur lecker.
