Man kann auch, wenn man m\u00f6chte, den Igeln verschiedene Stachel zuweisen, ich habe gemahlene Mandeln und Schokoraspeln hergenommen, aber nat\u00fcrlich gehen auch andere N\u00fcsse. Dann alles schnell zu Streuseln verreiben. Das Ei verquirlen und zun\u00e4chst nur die H\u00e4lfte hinzuf\u00fcgen. Versuchen zu einem Ball zu formen, falls das noch nicht geht, etwas mehr Ei hinzuf\u00fcgen bis man einen Teigball formen kann. Abgedeckt mindestens eine halbe Stunde oder \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Den Ofen auf 180 Grad heizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier belegen. Aus dem Teig ca. walnussgro\u00dfe Kugeln formen, denen man dann eine Spitze gibt, die die Igelnase darstellt, siehe Fotos. Die Igel ca. 10-13min backen, je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe brauchen sie k\u00fcrzer oder l\u00e4nger. Komplett ausk\u00fchlen lassen, im schlimmsten Fall kurz ins Tiefk\u00fchlfach stellen.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Derweil die Schokolade auf niedriger Stufe schmelzen und den Stachelteil mit Schokolade bestreichen. Dann entweder gemahlene N\u00fcsse, Schokoraspeln oder \u00e4hnliches als Stacheln auf der noch warmen Schokolade verteilen. Entweder ebenfalls mit geschmolzener Schokolade oder Zuckerschrift Augen und Nase auftupfen.
