Dazu hat mein Mann diesmal rustikales Landbrot mitgebracht. Ich habe es zwar schon \u00f6fter hier erz\u00e4hlt, aber jetzt noch einmal f\u00fcr alle: mein Mann ist n\u00e4mlich der unangefochtene Brotb\u00e4cker in unserer Familie. Das B\u00e4cker-Gen wurde ihm bereits in die Wiege gelegt, sein Gro\u00dfvater war der einzige Backmeister in seinem Dorf und versorgte die komplette Dorfgemeinschaft mit Broten und Kuchen. Mittlerweile b\u00e4ckt mein Mann unser gesamtes Brotsortiment und ist ein deutlich besserer Brotb\u00e4cker als ich. Aus dem Grund gibt es auf meinem Blog auch nicht so sehr viele Brotrezepte, <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2017\/03\/22\/overnight-danish-buns-with-yoghurt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00e4nische Joghurtbr\u00f6tche<\/a>n, ein <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/26\/easy-sourdough-bread\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">einfaches Sauerteigbrot<\/a> und ein <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2018\/10\/16\/world-bread-day-my-hubby-bakes-an-italian-bread-with-semolina-and-olive-oil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">italienisches Brot mit Weizengrie\u00df und Oliven\u00f6l<\/a> haben es aber doch noch geschafft hier ver\u00f6ffentlicht zu werden. Es war eine Freude ihm dabei zuzuschauen. Dass mein Mann selbst mit viel Leidenschaft und Geduld dabei ist, wenn er das Brot zubereitet, merkt man den Broten auf jeden Fall an. Mir f\u00e4llt es insbesondere dann auf, wenn ich nach langer Zeit mal wieder ein Br\u00f6tchen oder Brot vom B\u00e4cker esse, es ist definitiv nie so gut wie die selbst gebackenen Brote meines Mannes. In dem Sinne hoffe ich, dass du auch Lust bekommst dein eigenes Brot zu backen. Es ist die Warterei auf jeden Fall wert, denn so viel machen muss man eigentlich nicht, man muss nur Zeit mitbringen, den Rest macht der Sauerteig von alleine.
