Ganz ehrlich, auch wenn du sonst deine Pasta nicht selbst machst, hier kann ich es dir nur ans Herz legen es mal auszuprobieren. Das geht auch ganz ohne Pasta-Maschine, der Teig l\u00e4sst sich wunderbar per Nudelholz ausrollen, einfach ein paar d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden und schon hast du Tagliatelle. Ich habe auch die Variante mit Pastamaschine probiert und mich dann an Spaghetti probiert (siehe unten), beides schmeckt ganz hervorragend. Diese K\u00fcrbis-Pasta ist sogar vegan, denn sie besteht nur aus K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree und Weizenmehl, das war&#8217;s schon. Das liegt schlicht daran, dass ich zusammen mit Zorra vom Blog <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kochtopf<\/a> bis zum 15. November das Blogevent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-kuer-mit-biss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8222;Die K\u00fcr mit Biss \u2013 K\u00fcrbisrezepte&#8220;<\/a> organisiere. Hast du noch Lust mitzumachen? Dann nichts wie los! Schau dazu doch mal bei Zorra vorbei, wenn dir ein gutes Rezept einf\u00e4llt, das K\u00fcrbis enth\u00e4lt, hast du schon die Hauptbedingung erf\u00fcllt, dann hei\u00dft es nur noch ran an den Herd und kochen oder backen was das Zeug h\u00e4lt. Es gibt bereits ein Pasta-Rezept hier auf dem Blog, <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/08\/09\/homemade-spaghetti-al-crudo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">selbstgemachte Spaghetti al crudo<\/a> bestehen aus <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/08\/09\/homemade-spaghetti-al-crudo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">klassischem Nudelteig mit Ei<\/a>. Heute jedoch also die vegane Variante. Und glaube mir, ich poste diese selbstgemachten K\u00fcrbis-Nudeln bestimmt nicht, weil sie vegan ist. Eher ist es umgedreht, auch wenn sie vegan sind, haben sie es auf meinen Blog geschafft, weil sie so unglaublich lecker sind. Ich war ja erst ein wenig misstrauisch, nur K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree und Weizenmehl, soll das wirklich schmecken? Aber je mehr ich \u00fcber die Eigenschaften von K\u00fcrbis las, desto mehr war ich \u00fcberzeugt, dass K\u00fcrbis tats\u00e4chlich als Ei-Ersatz funktioniert, der Teig wird trotzdem wunderbar elastisch und geschmeidig. Es war super einfach ihn richtig d\u00fcnn auszurollen. Umso begeisterter war ich dann mit dem finalen Produkt. Wenn ich nur daran denke, f\u00fcr mich nochmal so eine richtig gro\u00dfe Portion K\u00fcrbisnudeln, bitte!<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr den <b>Nudelteig<\/b> die beiden Zutaten gut miteinander vermischen bis ein leicht klebriger Teig entsteht. Je nach K\u00fcrbis braucht man evtl. mehr Mehl. Mindestens eine halbe Stunde bei Raumtemperatur stehen lassen. Den Teig halbieren und jede H\u00e4lfte sehr d\u00fcnn auf einer gut bemehlten Fl\u00e4che ausrollen. Ich empfehle nicht dies mit einer Nudelmaschine zu machen, sondern lieber per Hand und Nudelholz. Zwischendurch bemehlen. Mit einem Messer d\u00fcnne Streifen f\u00fcr Tagliatelle schneiden oder aber per Nudelmaschine Spaghetti schneiden.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00fcr die <b>Pastasauce<\/b> in einer gro\u00dfen gu\u00dfeisernen Pfanne die Butter mit dem Knoblauch und den Salbeibl\u00e4ttern auf mittlerer Hitze schmelzen und ca. f\u00fcnf Minuten auf kleinerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen, die Butter sollte sich br\u00e4unlich f\u00e4rben. Derweil in einem gro\u00dfen Topf Salzwasser zum Kochen bringen und die K\u00fcrbisnudeln eine Minute kochen lassen, dann Nudelwasser abgie\u00dfen. Den Knoblauch und die Salbeibl\u00e4tter entfernen, Wein und Essig zur So\u00dfe geben, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und drei Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Jetzt die fertigen Nudeln hinzugeben und nochmal ca. zwei Minuten k\u00f6cheln.
