Alfa- was? Alfajores sind Doppelkekse aus Spanien und S\u00fcdamerika, die gerne mit der Karamellcreme namens <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/21\/how-to-make-homemade-dulce-de-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dulce de leche<\/a> gef\u00fclt werden. Heute habe ich welche mit Kaffeegeschmack mitgebracht. Solltest du die <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/21\/how-to-make-homemade-dulce-de-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Karamellcreme, die aus ges\u00fc\u00dfter Kondensmilch besteht<\/a>, bereits vorr\u00e4tig haben, sind diese Alfajores ganz schnell zubereitet. Aber selbst wenn du die Karamellcreme nicht da haben solltest, nat\u00fcrlich gibt es hier auf dem Blog ein Rezept wie du das hinkriegst! Auf den Bildern ist \u00fcbrigens auch <a href=\"https:\/\/jennyisbaking.com\/de\/2019\/05\/21\/how-to-make-homemade-dulce-de-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">selbstgemachte dulce de leche<\/a> zu sehen, wenn ich denn welche mache, dann gleich eine gro\u00dfe Ladung. Hier trifft ein kuspriger Keks auf eine sehr weiche F\u00fcllung, bitter, s\u00fc\u00df, salzig, hier ist einfach alles miteinander vereint.<\/p>\n<p><a Die Butter kleingeschnitten draufsetzen und entweder per Hand oder mit dem Knethaken in kleinere Kr\u00fcmel formen. Das Ei hinzuf\u00fcgen und schl\u00fcckchenweise etwas Milch hinzuf\u00fcgen bis man einen Teigball formen kann. Gut verpackt mindestens eine halbe Stunde oder aber \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank k\u00fchlen.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">2<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ofen auf 180 Grad heizen und zwei Backbleche mit Backpapier belegen. Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Fl\u00e4che ausrollen. Kreise entweder mit einem Glas oder entsprechender Keksform ausstechen. Sie sollten ca. 5cm Durchmesser haben. Kekse dicht an dich legen, sie enthalten kein Triebmittel. F\u00fcr ca. 10-12min backen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Zwei Kekse mit dulce de leche zusammenkleben, ich mache das gerne per Spritzbeutel, aber es geht nat\u00fcrlich auch mit einem L\u00f6ffel. Optional noch etwas Meersalz auf dem dulce de leche verteilen. Frisch oder gek\u00fchlt servieren.
