Yes, ich esse sie wirklich gern und das Rezept unten stammt tats\u00e4chlich aus der Feder meines Mannes. Rote Bohnen werden in S\u00fcdamerika sehr gerne gegessen. Das Essen armer Leute besteht oft aus Bohnen und Linsen, egal wo man sich in S\u00fcdamerika befindet. Kolumbianische Bohnen sind eher mild, oft reagieren meine Freunde \u00fcberrascht, wenn ich sage, dass Kolumbianer nicht sehr scharf essen, irgendwie finden das viele seltsam. Zum Beispiel mariniert man Hackfleisch damit bevor man es anbr\u00e4t. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen ggf. Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die M\u00f6hren und Zwiebel im Topf kurz br\u00e4unen, damit der Geschmack deutlicher wird, dann mit zwei Litern Wasser und den Gew\u00fcrzen auff\u00fcllen und zum Kochen bringen. Ca. 45min bei mittlerer Temperatur k\u00f6cheln lassen. Gem\u00fcse entfernen. Dann die Bohnen in der so entstandenen Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche im Schnellkochtopf nach Anweisung ca. 45min kochen. <\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"step-number\">3<\/span>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"step-content\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Den Schweinebauch in Rechtecke schneiden als auch die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln in Ringe schneiden, Knoblauchzehe auspressen. Die Tomate wie K\u00e4se reiben und den Koriander fein schneiden. All diese Zutaten sowie den Cumin zu den Bohnen und zusammen ca. 40min k\u00f6cheln, bei Bedarf etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen. Die Bohnen sollten weich und die Konsistenz etwas cremiger sein, ggf. noch etwas l\u00e4nger k\u00f6cheln. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und mit weiterem frischen Koriander und Reis servieren. Die Bohnen schmecken am zweiten Tag noch besser.
