Ihr fragt euch vielleicht warum das so weltbewegend ist und das ist ziemlich schnell beantwortet. Weil mein Mann unser gesamtes Brot b\u00e4ckt und ein sehr gutes H\u00e4ndchen daf\u00fcr hat. Deshalb ist es eher selten, dass ich auch mal Brot backe. Aber als Zorra vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/\">Kochtopf<\/a> und Sandra von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.from-snuggs-kitchen.com\/\">From-snuggs-kitchen<\/a> aufriefen beim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/synchronbacken-januar-2020\">Synchronbacken<\/a> mitzumachen, sagte ich nicht Nein. Schlie\u00dflich sollte es ein ganz simples No-knead-Bread sein, also eines ohne kneten und vielen Arbeitsschritten. Auch wenn ich etwas Schwierigkeiten hatte, weil ich gleich das ganze Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgte und nachher ganz sch\u00f6n viel Mehl dazugeben musste, war es sehr lecker. Weich genug war es auf jeden Fall. Ich habe in meinem Leben schon viele Cheese-Sandwiches gemacht und deshalb dachte ich mir nutze ich mal die Gelegenheit und lass euch daran teilhaben, worauf es meiner Meinung nach ankommt. Brioche, Toastbrot etc. sind super geeignet.<\/li>\n<li>Ich habe lange Zeit Oliven\u00f6l f\u00fcr diese Sandwiches verwendet, auch wenn damit nat\u00fcrlich ein weiterer Geschmack dazu kommt. Neuerdings mache ich sie wieder mit Butter, dazu darf die Pfanne aber nicht zu hei\u00df werden, sonst verbrennt die Butter. Das Geheimnis ist einen Deckel zu verwenden, damit der K\u00e4se trotzdem gut schmilzt, auch wenn die Pfanne nicht ganz so hei\u00df wird.<\/li>\n<li>Ich buttere meine Pfanne gut aus, w\u00e4rme sie auf mittlerer Hitze und lege dann meine zwei Scheiben Brot pro Sandwich hinein. Nachdem sie von einer Seite gut getoastet sind, drehe ich sie um und lege sofort auf eine Scheibe den K\u00e4se und packe die zweite Scheibe mit der hei\u00dfen Seite nach unten als Deckel auf den K\u00e4se.<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt hei\u00dft es den Deckel auf die Pfanne zu setzen und die Hitze nochmals zu reduzieren.
