Mojito Slush for a late Summer Evening

mojito slush

I am a huge fan of Mojitos! I know, I guess I am kind of boring, but I just love the taste of mint in a cocktail, it is perfect for a lazy summer evening. For that reason I decided to present another cocktail here. I already introduced you to the Strawberry Mojito a while ago, but today it is time for Mojito Slush. Normally a slush is prepared with crushed ice, but I was simply too lazy and went for the regular ice cubes. Because, you know, why not?

So if you have guests coming over or you would like to enjoy a cocktail during a nice summer evening, this is the way to go. This Mojito Slush is prepared in a jiffy and does not contain that much alcohol. I usually prefer the softer ones. I know, I am a typcial girl.
