A very chocolaty and moist bundt cake with pears, this is what I have to offer today. Do you like chocolate as much as I do? Then you may understand why I decorated mine with some chocolate glaze and sprinkled it with walnuts. Take a slice and enjoy this wonderful fall season!
I have to say, bundt cakes are a huge thing in Germany. I don’t have that many on my blog, but you may like this wintery cranberry orange bundt cake, or this one made with yeast dough and filled with raspberries. Another chocolate bundt hides some red beet and is so delicious. Today I am bringing you this very moist chocolate bundt cake with pear chunks and some additional chocolate and walnuts. What do you say, would you like to have a piece with me?

This chocolate bundt cake is prepared with pears and garnished with some melted chocolate and walnuts. For the bundt cake cube the pears and set aside. Butter and flour your bundt cake form thoroughly. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Separate the eggs, keeping the egg whites in a larger bowl. Then beat the butter for about five minutes in a mixing bowl and add one egg yolk at a time until each is fully incorporated, add vanilla extract. Then add in the dry ingredients and the milk and only mix until combined. The dough will be very heavy and thick. Beat the egg whites separately until soft peaks form. Fold in meringue and pear chungs carefully. Pour into prepared bundt cake form and bake for about 70 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. I like to cool off my cake on a damp towel, it is so much easier to release the cake later once it is cool. For the glaze melt the chocolate with the oil on low and pour onto cake. If desired, chop a few walnuts and decorate cake with it.Chocolate Bundt Cake with Pears
